Sub standard junk. BEWARE!!!!
If you want a refund you need to send the product back to China and pay the postage.

This is a scam company based in China. Not London. I feel like an idiot ordering from them as I should have read the reviews. That's £35 down the drain. AVOID THESE CRIMINALS. I only have one star because I could give the cheating bastards none

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered! I also saw their ad on FB and placed an order on 19 April which I have not yet received. They have not replied to my emails chasing up delivery either! Disgusted.

I ordered two dresses after seeing the ad on Fb (thinking it was linked to one of my contacts, therefore, legit). Now I see it is a scam. The words 'last day of sale' is still coming up a week later, I see the payment is linked to a HK bank account, and the words 'about to be shipped' over a week ago still shows the same. Also reading other people's experience.

I am not sure if my bank would refund the money - probably not, and by all accounts, it is too much of a faff to return the goods. What I am most worried about is whether they could possible compromise the card I used for payment. I will contact bank to see. But all in all, I guess a good lesson. I will be much more careful in the future.

DO NOT BUY from this company. The images are nothing like the actual product which is cheap and nasty. Complete con!

This company is a con’ they use the products from legitimate businesses to front their business which is based in China.
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans & what arrived was basically a synthetic legging. Absolutely nothing like the product as advertised .
They are refusing to refund & are offering a 15% refund. To send the goods back to China would cost more than the goods themselves which I am sure is a tactic they rely upon .

I am to be honest cross with myself for buying from an unknown company & wish I had researched them some more !

I bought shoes and a sports shirt from greys of London which was utter rubbish
But I went through pay pal so contacted them about this scam and after a few enquiries and refusing the partial refund of 10% I got my £85-41 back yesterday
So fight for your money back

They lie! It is not a London based company as claimed! The clothes are from china and they are TERRIBLE quality!!
They are thin, flimsy clothes and I’m only glad I didn’t pay full price for them.
I was treating myself to what I thought was a uk based independent company that was unfortunately closing, so thought I’d show some last minute support having only just found them.
This is not the case. Honestly, don’t waste your time or money, they are awful!!

ITS A SCAM, DO NOT BUY!!! THEY ARE FROM CHINA AND SEND YOU ABSOLUTE SH**T CLOTHES, contact your bank or PayPal asap to get your money back!!

Following on from my previous review when I reported to the bank. The company showed evidence that I made the payment (not the point!) so are taking the money back! Turns out we're not protected by the bank and these scammers can get away with it.
Just keep making the reviews and try to tell as many people as possible or get it on the TV!

0 star cheap rubbish chinese scammers. I'm £70 down. Looks like it will cost me nearly £50 to return items to China and then will I even get my money back. Good money after bad? Is that the phrase? Don't waste your time peeps.

Terrible. The website suggests the product is distributed from the UK but when I paid via PayPal, the payment went through to a company in China. It took four weeks to arrive and the product was not the same as the picture on the website. They refused to refund half the money for my inconvenience, but gave me £5 back. Totally misleading. Avoid dealing with this company.

DO NOT BUY! This company is a chinese scam company. The trousers that came are nothing like the pictures, they are the poorest quality I have seen for years. They were also the wrong size. There is no way I can give them as a gift as I had intended. The advert implied that they were a british company, they are using a UK email address, but their return address is in Yiwu shì, Zhejiang sheng, China. When I asked for a refund they wanted me to pay the postage to China otherwise they would allow me to keep the item in return for 10% refund. When I refused they offered 15% refund. It is quite clear they don't want the product back, it really is that bad.

Terrible quality, long delivery. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Absolute scam.

Exactly what others have said. Terrible product nothing like picture (I bought trousers) I'm normally really careful, first time buying without reading reviews.

ITS A SCAM!!!! Its fraud! They will send you a piece of clothe and after they say return it by expensive courier.

I received my item weeks after I ordered, I wanted the trousers for a party.. the party had been and gone by the time I received them. The product is awful, nothing like the picture, really cheap material, such bad quality. I am trying to contact the company to arrange a return but now I have read these reviews, I guess I won’t get a response to my request!

OMG only wish I had read this before ordering have been waiting over 3 weeks for my delivery and ordered thinking it was a British family business.
In fact a Chinese scam. Have tried to cancel but realised to late as only realised was in fact a misleading advert on instagram when I checked my Mastercard and saw a company in Hong Kong taking the payment.
Reported to instagram to try and get them to stop advertising on their platform.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COUNTY UNLESS YOU ARE FULLY INFORMED
