Looks great on their website but when…

Looks great on their website but when it was delivered from China, the quality was terrible. Not only that , it took ages to be delivered and then I had to return it to China at vast expense to get a refund which I still haven't recieved.

AI generated images on website

Clicked through after seeing a very believable Instagram sale ad about a woman closing her online shop to spend more time with her family. Something on the site felt off so looked a bit deeper. There's a photo of the "owners" posing in front of their shop and the save name for the image is "flux_dev..." followed by a description in Italian of the image. Flux Dev is an AI image generator, so definitely wouldn't buy from here.

This is a scam

This is a scam. I bought a sweater after seeing an Instagram ad. The quality, stitching, colour and fit was appalling. It was basically in a completely different fabric which looks like wool in the ad but is actually polyester. They didn't even attempt to make a sweater anyone would wear. You then pay return postage to China which would have been £22. You can't return if you don't like the colour, fit or quality. Returns policy is unlike anything I have seen in the UK. They have a UK website address which is misleading as everything is fine through China. This place is 100% a scam.

The clothes were of really bad quality

The clothes were of really bad quality. They didn't look like the clothes in the pictures. They were poorly made, looked cheap, with thread hanging out. They looked like you'd pay a couple of quid for them in a market. The clothes were also small. I'm normally a medium but they all came up small.

Don't but from this company. It's a scam to be honest.

I wish I'd read the reviews first

I wish I'd read the reviews first. Just as everyone else has said, the clothes are poor quality materials, poorly designed and shaped, and do not resemble the photos.

I've just had to pay £45 to return the items to China.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT! Item was a cheap copy of the version advertised on their website. Discounts based on closing down sale - not true. Returns at customers own expense - to mainland China. Costs higher than the value of the product. Should be banned from trading on Instagram.

Complete and utter scam

Complete and utter scam. Terrible quality, nothing like the picture, Chinese company pretending to be a london based firm.
Refund policy states that you essentially can’t get a refund….

Utter scumbags - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Utter scumbags - total crap shipped from China that is nothing like what was ordered and effectively impossible to return for refund even though it was onwards shipped from the UK. Facebook needs to fact check jokers like this. Will be reaching out to payment processor and requesting a chargeback on the card.

Buyer Beware

The product comes from China it takes a long time. Its sizes are completely out a large is like a small and quality poor. You need to pay for returns back to China and they don't offer a full refund. The company pretends it's a UK company closing down where it's just poor quality Chinese products.

Scam Chinese Company!!! AVOID

I got suckered in on Instagram. Lots of rubbish about being London designed clothes with a long established brand that’s now having a clearance sale as it’s closing down.
All lies! Cheap Chinese rubbish that takes ages to arrive. Don’t be tempted

Gray Clothing is TERRIBLE. THEY LIE.

I agree with everything written below. The clothes are APPALLING quality. If you wore their clothing and went out in the rain the clothes would likely disintegrate, leaving you naked and in prison for indecency offences. I cannot stress how BAD the clothing is.

I would have given 0 stars, but do not have that option. The 1 star is for how much they have pulled my pants down. It’s generally laughable.

I implore people NOT to buy from Gray Clothing.

When you try and send the clothing back they really stall you to ‘burn’ their ‘14 day money back guarantee’ (which they claim is a 30 day money back guarantee on their website).

They are based in China so to send the package back will probably cost about £7000.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Another Fake UK Company Drop Shipping Garbage from China

Ordered after being sucked in by a Facebook advert. Thought it was a London company. Paypal receipt was Chinese and then found awful reviews. Their site claims refund is cancelled in 4 hours, they ignored this and sent a tracking number claiming items sent. They were sent 5 days later and are appalling quality with no labels and not made from the material claimed. Do not fall for this drop/ship scam. I have raised a complaint through Paypal as they lie about their location, ignore their own T&C's, do not honour distance selling regs, only claim you can return for defect and not sizing and the product is awful.

Avoid!!

Do not waste your money buying from this company. As with others who have reviewed, I was completely mislead by an instagram post, giving the impression that this is an established brand from London which is closing down. Utter cobblers! The goods are sent from China and mine took 3 weeks to arrive. The quality is appalling. Unlike others, the size of the trousers I ordered are accurate, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve been done

I’ve been done. Suckered in on Instagram, I should not go sale shopping after a glass of wine. I suspect there is little chance of getting my money back.

Don't waste your time or money.

Don't waste your time or money.

This is a fake brand, pretending to have been trading a long time.

In fact, they are drop shipping goods of an awful quality at a large markup.

If you want to return the product for a refund, you will need to send it back to China, tracked, at your own cost (expensive).

They should be reported to trading standards.

SCAM. I should have listened to my gut.

I should have listened to my gut.
It turns out they're an absolute scam.
They make it appear that they're a UK-based high street shop that is shutting down, but in reality they're shipping from some warehouse in China.
The items arrived many weeks later, and they are of appalling quality. Cheap, synthetic materials, and sizes totally off what you would expect.
When contacting them, they said they don't offer returns because they want to be 'eco-friendly'.
Don't do it.
You're welcome.
