Kevin, David, and Jackie have been extremely helpful and super responsive. We had a lot of moving parts in our mortgage: selling a house before buying, change of employer with an offer letter starting in more than 60 days, gift funds, etc. I totally panicked in the beginning, but Kevin was able to calm me down and guide me through the process.
I would highly recommend Grayton Mortgage (NC) if you are buying a new house in north carolina. :)

Every step of the way, Kevin and Eyal would fill us in on the details of what was going on, breaking everything down for us in plain language, often patiently re-explaining concepts to us multiple times so that we could really understand what was going on. Whenever we had questions, they would often respond within minutes.

Our situation was a little more complex than an "ordinary" refinance, and they made it as easy and painless as possible. These guys really go above and beyond -- I will definitely be using them again, and cannot recommend them highly enough!

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Grayton Mortgage. We were given the opportunity to buy a home from a family friend, and being first time home buys without a real estate agent, we really had no idea where to start. We had the pleasure of first working with Kevin, and then later in the process, David and Jackie. They were all extremely accessible, both via phone and email, and basically anytime of the day. Every and all questions were answered, and we never ended a conversation feeling confused. We were actually in the process of getting married while purchasing the home, and Grayton helped us find the best rate for our financial situation. We closed last Friday, and all of them were on top of the process, even giving us updates as late as 9 pm the night before. During closing they were a phone call away, and even our lawyer was impressed with their responsiveness. We would recommend Grayton Mortgage to anyone, especially the young first time home buyers out there!

Kevin at Grayton Mortgage did a fantastic job with a tricky cash-out refinance for my rental property in CA. Most other lenders weren't even considering a cash out at the time due to Covid, but Kevin found us a package at a great rate and got it done. Friendly, personalized service and I expect to use him again for my next property investment!
