Received very good service during a very high-pressure time for this mortgage company. Since closing costs were very reasonable, we chose to refinance our mortgage for a lower interest rate even though we had had our original mortgage only 6 months. Thanks!

Kevin was very thorough, informative, and patient throughout my refinance process, which spanned several months due to the pandemic. Despite the upheaval caused by the pandemic, Kevin helped me secure a refinance on my Co-op apartment mortgage with an interest rate over 1% lower than my original mortgage, which will save a lot of money over time. The best part is that I was able to refinance and also keep the time equity I built up during my previous mortgage - meaning that I don't have to start over at "year zero."

Could not have gone better. Kevin is a solid guy and a pro through and through. He couldn't be nicer. Also, he got me the best rate out there.
