I found a rotten macadamia nut in the 400g Deluxe Nuts mix I bought from Graze. I contacted customer service and received a patronising reply, claiming it was just "burned" — as if I can’t tell the difference. Worse, even though I sent a photo with the batch number clearly visible, they ignored it and asked me to send it again, showing clear incompetence both in customer care and quality control.
They also didn’t offer to replace the product, which says a lot about how little they stand behind what they sell. Really disappointed — won’t be buying from them again.
The quality of the cranberry nut medley has definitely deteriorated - last purchase Aùgust 2025 - the cranberries are shrivelled hard and look old; the almonds are all chipped ?2nd grade, and the cashews broken and shrivelled. Extremely disappointing and will most definitely be struck off our shopping list.
