What you are told is not what you get
I was told by the company that my expected time for publication is max 3 months , now I have been waiting for 5 months , I was told that my paper was accepted and I paid the money needed for publication, but I discovered that it was not accepted and returned back for amendment. This was 2 months back and no action was taken from index till now. The responsible councillors are not taking any action to push my paper. No body wants to give me any information. 1700 dollars paid by me , no publication nor action
