Great Trainer
The trainer had a really broad knowledge and put in some great everyday scenarios to help understand in a real world way. I do feel it's a lot of information to digest and then immediately be tested on, perhaps a next day exam would be benefited to properly process and understand everything. Great course though.

Overall the CISMP course was very well…
Overall the CISMP course was very well delivered with positive audience participation throughout. However, I was somewhat surprised an external monitor had not been provided for me personally, although I made clear, my visual impairment Monday 9th October.
Had an external monitor been provided, I would have had ample time to complete exam in the time allocated. On a more positive stance, I achieved 30 odd % by the time clock stopped.
After the test had ended, the course instructor advised I should apply for a credit, due to what had occurred.

ISO27001 Lead Implementer training and certification
Back to inperson training with the main objective not only to get the content of the course but to be able to share experience with other attendees. Turned out as I wished for and can recommend investing this time in the CIS LI - ISO 27K lead implementer training. As for quality I not only got the update to the 2022 version of ISO 27001, i passed the CIS LI certification and can add that to my other security certificates.

Confidence has grown
After taking the course I feel confident in implementing ISO27001:2022 within my business. Our trainer was knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions. As Head of Marketing, GDPR falls under my remit. I came across IT Governance when they were recommended by the GDPR consultant I was working with, as ensuring the staff were suitably trained was an essential element of the actions we were required to undertake as a business. The course itself was informative and the process of setting up the staff was easy. The support of the team with any questions I had was always prompt and friendly. I always feel it is a very personal service and would not hesitate to recommend them.

4 Day GDPR Practitioner Course
Four days is a very short time to learn a lot of in-depth information but everything was well organised, the material was condensed, informative and easy to digest with open discussion and questions being answered directly. Andrew Snow, our trainer, has vast expertise in this subject and I feel he teaches his students how to actually take this knowledge away and utilize it - not just pass the exam on it.
