My husband was given a Christmas gift of a very beautiful jigsaw design of Antique Fish. This was sold by a Company called Great British Jigsaws; even better! We did however experience a problem when when doing the puzzle, in that the top design paper was lifting from the cardboard base on some pieces. We contacted the company to let them know there may be a problem, which they immediately acknowledged as a 'gluing' error. They very kindly sent us a new jigsaw of different design, completely free of charge. Now that's what we call Customer Care and Service, that is second to none1 Thankyou GBJ! I am very passionate about customer experience and have to say this company exhibited to best company service have ever seen. To add to that the jigsaw was brilliant, a map of wales, challenging but great fun. Definitely recommend 👍

I had a brand new puzzle for Christmas but sadly one piece was missing. I wrote to the firm and sent a picture of the completed puzzle showing the hole where the missing piece was. They sent the missing piece. What a super surprise and fantastic service. Well done.

I have quite a lot of these jigsaws. Quality both of the jigsaw pieces and of the boxes is always excellent. Colours are bright and clear so even if lots of detail, they are easy to work with. I appreciate this as I have cataracts and have had to give up part way through some other jigsaws as I cannot see the pieces well enough.

Basically there are too many similarly cut pieces in the ‘block’ areas to make it satisfying. If the background is very similar the pieces need to fit differently or You are never sure you have the right two together which is what doing a jigsaw is about. Imho.

What a fantastic company!
I contacted them about a missing piece from a jigsaw. They were so helpful but sadly the puzzle was one they didn’t actually cut themselves so they were unable to supply the missing piece.
They did however, send me a different and equally beautiful jigsaw at no extra cost. Faultless customer service.

There had been a manufacturing issue with my puzzle and upon seeing the images I sent them, the team was quick to send me a replacement puzzle.

It's a great jigsaw but nothing worse than getting to the end and there's a piece missing 😢. Super quality, loved doing it but it's not finished!

Had a response asking if the jigsaw was one of their 'Wholesales' - not sure how I supposed to know that.. Sent photo as requested. Nothing back.

I have now had two jigsaw puzzles from The Great British Jigsaws and each time I have been so impressed by their finish. The colours are stunning and the material is of the highest quality. It made the whole experience of completing the jigsaws so enjoyable and I learnt a lot about Yorkshire in the process! I also want to praise their customer service who is amazingly helpful and so very quick to respond to emails. Wonderful experience from start to finish.

I am retired in Phuket Thailand and able to enjoy my hobby of jigsaws. A good friend of mine sent me a present of a Great British Jigsaw. The quality of the material used and the querkie pieces made it an enjoyable Jigsaw to do. Would recommend anyone who likes jigsaws to check out this company.

My husband bought me a jigsaw for Christmas which I enjoyed doing then discovered on completion that there was a piece missing. I contacted Great Britush Jigsaw and they responded very quickly to say that I would need to contact the photographer, not ideal as I'm sure the photographer only takes the photo. I have read other reviews which are very good and when a piece was missing, the jigsaw company replaced the piece or the jigsaw. No such luck in my case so now have a jigsaw which can't be passed on due to missing piece.
Very disappointed in this company.

The only reason this isn't a five is that the jigsaws take four weeks to produce. Not a criticism, just an observation. The service is great and the quality of the product is really high. Thank you!

We wanted a new jigsaw puzzle to sell in our Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum shop so decided to go with Great British Jigsaws as they had excellent reviews and looked very professional. We're so glad we did as they were super helpful throughout the project and the finished product has surpassed all our expectations - great design, fantastic quality - highly recommended!

A missing piece quickly replaced. Such excellent service. I cannot fault them.
