What a fantastic company. Don’t know how they did it, but they have replaced a missing piece for 1000 piece jigsaw. Can now keep as a reminder of birthplace.

What can I say … incredible service. Very patient staff. The quality of the puzzles is second-to-none. I am so blown away. Oh, and the turn around. Less than four weeks for one hundred puzzles.

I've just finished my Map of Pembrokeshire by Jane Tomlinson a 70th birthday present from my daughter. The puzzle is excellent unfortunately when I came to the end one piece was missing. I tried to contact the company to see if it was possible to replace the missing piece as I want to frame the puzzle. Sadly I had no response.

I have now had contact with the company and my missing piece has been found and mailed to me. My puzzle is complete.

I recently received my first order of Jigsaws from GBJ, and I'm absolutely delighted. Each of the designs were an exact match of my original files and original paintings - the colours had wonderful depth, and the finest details were captured exactly.
Having submitted my own designs for the boxes, these too were fabulous, and are certainly attracting customers!

Many thanks to Kathy and Jason and their team for the wonderful jigsaws! They provide a first-class customer service and professional design. When I received the jigsaws they had crisp accurate colours and fine detail, reproduced exactly from my file. The sturdy box was exactly as I’d hoped for too! When making one the pieces were well cut and fit together with a satisfying click or snick or whatever the onomatopoeia word is!

Having had a similar experience to others regarding a missing piece (which was probably down to a hectic household and a dog that likes anything she shouldn't have!) I cannot praise the customer service enough. However, having read comments about the challenge presented by the jigsaws - to me that is what makes them interesting - looking for the smallest fleck or leaf or anything that differentiates each piece. The quality is fantastic and i am mounting these on the wall as the pictures are so fabulous. I have had experience of the cheaper imports and had to bin them as they were poorly made and picture quality disappointing. Overall this is my go to company of choice now and I like a little challenge, and have had to stop assuming that completing the outside first is the way to go, instead I focus on one part of the image and build from there. I cannot recommend them enough

Received a St Ives one for Xmas. Lovely picture and a bad jigsaw. I do loads and have no problems, but there were issues on this which I've only ever experienced wirh one other manufacturer. Too many pieces are identical meaning that ones like piece A connect to piece B, and then ABABABAB. Trouble is, the pieces are not 100% so eventually you find something doesn't fit and you go back and start again. The main part of the jigsaw was brilliant, colourful, well- made pieces etc. But with this AB problem it was a nightmare trying sort out sky and sea, where same colours sit side by side. Finished it in the end, but wouldn't by another, I'll stick with the bigger companies.

I had purchased a jigsaw for my wife and she found a piece was missing. I contacted the company to ask if it would be possible to get the missing piece. I received a reply from Kathy (company director saying that while they couldn't supply the individual piece they woould send a complete replacement. This arrived the next day.

I recently completed a jigsaw manufactured by the Great British Jigsaw Company and got in touch with them regarding what I thought was a problem – a missing piece. In fact it wasn’t – it was my mistake and I found the piece, but I have high praise for the quick, personal, courteous, kind and humorous response from the company. They can be justly proud of the high standard of their products. Their catalogue is full of beautiful photographs, maps and artworks. I purchased mine in person from the actual photographer, who is credited on the sturdy box, and the in-house production process from artist to final product enables those directly involved to benefit financially also ensuring they can be sold at a very reasonable price rather than having a ‘middle layer’ in the distribution process. The puzzle pieces are sturdy and not too small, like some other commercial puzzles so they are excellent for people who may have some difficulty with fine co-ordination , and they fit neatly on a PortaPuzzle board which enables them to be moved and ‘mothballed’ if necessary. I will definitely be buying more as presents and it is a pleasure to support this small British company.

Both Kathy and Jason have fantastic knowledge and great customer service/business skills. We love using UK suppliers and their product is absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. They turned around a good starting quantity for our business in a small amount of time with good communication.

This is my second year producing 2 yearly jigsaws with Great British Jigsaws and what can I say! They are fantastic to work with, very easy and open with feedback, allowing me to create the best artwork for the 1000 piece jigsaws. From initial contact, they are very informative and helpful through the process from enquiries to delivery! They produce a very high standard jigsaw and brilliant, vibrant packaging to go with.

My first year I under ordered and sold out very quickly, I ordered a reprint and Great British Jigsaws created them very quick and efficiently to allow me to get them back on sale!

Again this year they have been a breeze to work with, ordering two new designs!

Excellent quality jigsaw and a very patient production team, lots of going backwards and forwards to ensure the Welsh translations were correct and the final product looked terrific!
