Really lovely company to deal with. Extremely comfortable bean bag chair. Its very sturdy and obviously well made. Lovely crushed velvet cover. Its upholstery standard so will hold up well against rips and tears.

My apologies that you are unhappy with the bean bag. The Deckchair is one of our smallest bean bags we do, and we manage all of our product photography ourselves. We do position the bean bag in a way which attempts to replicates the shape of the bean bag when somebody is sitting on it, however I'm sorry you feel that our images are misrepresentative.
We do offer one free exchange or return, so if you wished to return the bean bag to us you could do so.
