Second time I've ordered. My 93-year-old mum, recovering from an operation, was very happy with her Easter flowers. The narcissi and tulips looked lovely and filled two vases. Good to support British companies. Many thanks, Becci, for sorting out the issue we had.

I ordered a special thank you bouquet. Flowers were delivered on time. But they were bruised limp and the amount of flowers were minimal it was all greenery. I was more than disappointed and cross. Customer service poor by the co. They said a drink would revive them !! Do they mean the few flowers that are there , the dead ones or the greenery ?? Laughable if not so expensive! Still waiting for full refund still waiting for apology. But British customer service is no so bad who knows. I will pursue. My advice use a local florist u can trust.

Ordered the scented narcissi and daffodils for Mother's day and the 100 stem bouquet is absolutely stunning with an amazing scent. Mum is delighted. It's the 2nd time I have ordered from this company and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Excellent service from start to finish. I ordered from Australia and my friend in the UK was delighted with the beautiful fresh bouquet. So nice to know they are home grown too. I will definitely be a return customer!

Beautiful arrangement at a very reasonable price and great service.

I chose this wreath for my mum’s funeral as she used to use these dried flowers in her arts and crafts. The arrangement is far more beautiful than the photos show, so professional.

I liked that I could chose a delivery date and the fact that they were delivered straight to the funeral directors. The whole process of ordering on their website was straightforward and easy. The only small point I’d make is that I bought a message card but it wasn’t with the flowers on arrival and it was too late to have it sent. If I’d known I could have written my own but this does not detract from the beautiful arrangement I received.

I would thoroughly recommend this arrangement and this company.

I bought my wedding bouquet and flowers from The Great British Florist and I absolutely loved them. Despite our courier ‘throwing’ the boxes of flowers at our door the flowers remained pretty much unharmed thanks to the good packing.

I was very impressed that on contacting the company to let them know about the couriers ‘care and attention’ that they got straight back in touch with me to ensure my wedding flowers were ok.

The whole process of ordering the flowers was easy and stress free which is exactly what I wanted. The flowers I ordered were from the Whitney Collection and were beautiful. The colours are so much more vibrant than I expected.

I was the recipient of a beautiful bouquet and just wanted to say how much I recommend this company based in Herefordshire. The flowers arrived in a gel to keep them fresh, and as soon as they relaxed into the vase, you could really appreciate the quantity and quality of the blooms. Do support this florist !

I am so delighted with my beautiful bouquet of a delightful mix of so many pretty fresh delicate flowers, with soft colours of pink, yellow, blue, peach and white complimented by green leaves.
