Parcel arrived very quickly
Parcel arrived very quickly, unfortunately with the wrong charger and no instruction literature. A replacement charger was delivered by Royal Mail 7 days later and despite my telephone call the instruction manual/literature has still not arrived. I do not like the method of warranty the company uses:-
Quote :- "We have your details on file so there is no need to do anything further to register" unquote. Most unsatisfactory in my opinion.

Very good service when buying a scooter.
Was bit nervous of buying the scooter on-line but need not have been. Spoke to a very pleasant man guided me through the purchase,and also answered the few queries I had. Ordered on the Thursday and it was on the doorstep by 8.00am Friday. A lady asked if an early time was ok and also spoke to the delivery man. Drove from Preston to Leicestershire that morning. Very pleased with the excellent service and pleasant staff.

Great service, actually got the wheelchair I had been searching for. No one in my area stock it anymore…. To be honest the retailers here have very little choice anymore and are ridiculously overpriced. So from now I will only be dealing with yourselves I am so happy to say. Xx
One tiny problem with delivery by TNT, I didn’t get my new chair until Monday 21st instead of the previous Thursday. Caused quite a few problems , but was all down to TNT only.

Lack of after sales service
Bought a riser recliner from this company. It was allegedly under warrenty for 12 months. The first time it went wrong they came out after about a month and fixed it. The second time it went wrong they didn't actually get to me for 3 months and then failed to fix it. I am now left with a riser recliner that does not lift my feet up! The repair man phoned them up whilst at my house. They claim it is not the type of recliner which lifts your feet????? How strange is that??. They have failed to respond to any correspondence and i am left with a very expensive useless chair.

Very pleased so far with my new scooter,when I've had to phone them they are extremely helpful.Also the palletonline courier was also VERY polite and helpful ,so really couldn't ask for more.Will say that if you are in any way unable to unpack the scooter or have a friend who will,I would definitely say pay for the service where they bring ,unwrap and demonstrate ,as it was a nightmare to get it out of the box,because of the additional packing underneath,I had to rope in the poor man working in the house opposite me.I think I can honestly say I am very pleased I bought from this company.
