Was meant to have a salesman come to me to give me some price quotes. He never turned up for the appointment and didn't even let me know. great British printers. has now lost money as I will never do business with them.

Scamming company, awful how many people and businesses they will scam and are still getting away with it ordered months ago and still haven’t received, get a phone call to say there’s reps in the area and to make more orders but couldn’t chase my order up

Scammers!!! Not authorised to print but took the payment any way from previous bank details.
Salesman very angry and argumentative with no signs of a refund.

Very negative experience...
I made an order on early October, for some reason someone took my money twice.
I called the company many times for a refund, and always the same answer " we will call you back in two working days" but none did.
Also my order never arrived.
Worst company ever, DONT USE THEM, they stole your money.

I wish I'd read these reviews before placing my order in August it seems I'm not the only person suffering with not receiving an order and waiting for a refund!
I'm glad I didn't take up their offer when they called to say that if I increased my order due to them over cutting too many air fresheners I could have had 100's of extra ones for 1/2 price!
I have made many phone calls chasing the order including one where I was told that the order was delayed due to it taking a long time for someone to add the drops of scent and seal the bags!!
After still not receiving the air fresheners finally on the 18th October I asked for a refund which I still haven't received.
I was given the contact name of John Crystal who apparently is the only person who can issue a refund but whenever I call to speak to him he is always on another call or with someone!!
Save your money and DO NOT USE THEM

Dont' do it! They took £145.80 more money than they were entitled to, have been chasing a refund for months, they never call back, don't think they have any intention either. Not sure how they are still trading!

Ordered some printing and clothing some months ago and still waiting for the order despite being promised it would take two weeks max.

They will also call you once the order has been placed to tell you that they have accidently over printed etc... to try and get you to order more at a lower cost.

I would give this company minus zero stars if I could.
My clients had the misfortune of getting them to build a website. They built the website and that is where it ended. They took the money on auto-renew each year for the past five years, yet they have done no work and not communicated with us. They were asked to make changes, which never happened. I have requested the domain that they own, although it is not their business. They don't respond to phone calls or emails. Last week I called and emailed them to take down the out of date website and am still waiting for them to respond. I doubt they will.

We ordered key fobs and air fresheners from this lot and paid their FOUR FIGURE bill in stages at the beginning of September. We are strill waiting for a delivery and they are ignoring all our phone calls. Today I tried selecting the sales option for a new order - which, as suspected, got a response and I am now told our delivery will be another week. Doesn't explain why my messages have been ignored, so time will tell whether it's just awful service or a scam!

I'm not going to lie it did go well at first but did go wrong half way through however the design Team did a good job.
They did mess over the payment. In the end John the owner dug deep and pulled it of .
I'm very happy with my cards and invoice slips for the hotel which they are for .

Do not use these people be waiting for clothing to come been waiting a couple of months .Called me when I placed a order to say they ordered twice and I could have a special deal what a load of crap. Took money out me bank without asking.Do not use this company still waiting for clothing

Not going to lie, i was put off by the reviews, but how wrong they were. All representatives communicated well. Pleased with product we bought. Would use again

Take monies without consent or sends an invoice for goods. I used them earlier this year for a sign which I agreed a price on but was told for an extra £60 it would have a special treatment so it would not fade later.
This time I wanted some air fresheners and window stickers and I only have a small customer base. So it was a bit awkward when he phoned to say that they had overprinted by 500 and he would do them at a cheaper rate. I said there was no way I could afford that amount at this time. He said that they would take payment next month but they didnt and they got paid and I was made overdrawn which has cost me a lot of money with bank fees.

This is just a sham of a company their products are just expensive tat,same as many others I ordered work Tshits with logo and business cards then received a phone call offering me more at a cheaper rate as they had to order a minimum of ten shirts so as unlike them I have a conscience and said ok I was lied to about being able to get extra long Tshirts when arrived just standard length but had been promised if I wasn’t happy they would refund no questions nothing but lies phoned several time avoid this company like plague the owners are just common criminals

With this company for a number of months funding up about our prints somebody turned up I ordered 5 polos from them on the 9th of May. Was told it would take up to 4 weeks for them to arrive once I’ve approved the proof which was done within a week got a phone call after five weeks saying that they made five more than I needed. Would I buy them as well after being Made to feel guilty I agreed to buying another five as they already made them. It’s now the July 18 still haven’t received nobody returns an email nobody replys to emails or phone calls eventually they turned up to deliver as I’m shutting my garage and couldn’t take them as I’m on a bike. And I managed to phone you the very next day as to why did you refuse to take them?
Stay away from this company at all costs luckily it’s only cost me about £230 for Ten T-shirts that I’ve never received

Total scammers - avoid at all costs. Came into our setting and handed in a business card. Decided to use them for a large printing job around £2k. Paid deposit of £1k and then radio silence. Chased for a good couple of months and then was given some lame excuse as to why they hadn't responded (and no - our products weren't ready). Loosely agreed to refund deposit......still waiting. Report to trading standards if you've been burned, think this is a regular occurrence.

Have used the company for years and never had any problems. John and the team have been doing my hotel stationary for the last 6-7 years, like books, guest registration cards, hotel business cards, compliment slips, company headed papers and other stuff which I was happy with the service and the work quality. Yes, I had to be on the phone to correct a few things from the orders but always prompt to reply and to amend the work.

Again, if there was a zero that is what we would be giving them. Absolutely appalling customer service and like so many others have said, get your money, no proof till much later, no invoice and if you do get one it isn't dated as the date paid and again laugh when you ring to sort it out. How the hell they stay in business is beyond us other than one or two very pleasant talking sales assistants !! Will never use again.
