Scammers. Do not use. Multiple calls wasting my time.

If there was a zero rating I would have used it........

There aren't really any words to sum this company up. Horrendous, immoral and con men come to mind. Gift of the gab before they've got hold of your money - can't do enough for you and then they take your card details for a deposit and then they take the full amount before you've even agreed to any proofs! Never received anything in the post. Never received an invoice or any terms and conditions. When I rang the company, they laughed at me and told me I wouldn't be receiving a refund as I couldn't prove they hadn't sent us anything via post! I took it as far as I could with our bank to try and get it back but the bank couldn't get the money off them either as they provided fake postage proof. DO NOT DEAL WITH ANY OF THESE CON MEN!! They'll come across as professional and trustworthy and very helpful but as soon as they have your card details - different story altogether. Can't stress enough - AVOID AND DON'T FALL FOR THE BULL**** SELLING LINES

AVOID !!!!!! Stole money from me. Laughed about it. Terrible company to deal with. Scammers, they lie constantly, reported to fraud team and trading standards.

This company has cold called me over 6 times in 2 days.

We declined their services and they keep calling and harassing us for unwanted services.

Will be filing a complaint for harassment against them. We have logged and recorded the calls.

We spent £1500 in July we’ve not received our goods and have not been given a refund. We are having to contact our bank for a refund and we are in contact with the FCA to have them investigated.

Do not part with your money, do not use them.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!

We placed an order to the value over 1000 pounds took 2 months to recieve tshirts that when they arrived the stitching was a complete shambles and looked awfu. it took a number of phone calls to get this sorted and after 3 months still hadnt supplied the stickers to complete our order and offered a refund of 162 which means we payed 45 odd pounds per tshirt.
complete scammers save your money and avoid these clowns and "great british printers" salesmen are very pushy and once they have your money they do not care.
how they are still in buisness is beyond me complete clowns

Again, another person to be scammed by GB Printers.

Sadly I was busy and taken in by Ian, the salesman. We agreed a reduced rate for some clothing on the basis my wife may order based on our experience.

Deposit was paid Thursday, the following week on Monday we had two payments taken.

When we queried it we later found out it was upon proof payment - however this hadn’t been presented. It wasn’t until later that day we received.

What I will say is that our children could have done better. Despite agreeing with Ian that we already had a brand guide and vector images the designers (if you can call them that) saw fit to lift low quality images from online. Not only that but they produced a proof for my wife with just text for her company.

In short they took money for an order not placed from the wrong company and produced a proof without a brand guide.

Despite being assured of a refund all we have had is emails with T&Cs from their accounts department. And a refusal to accept telephone calls, only emails.

Please do yourself a HUGE favour and avoid at all costs. After posting this on my Facebook I found friends with similar issues!

The rep called around and we made an order. a week later we get a call from a person claiming to be the boss and explained that his people had made more stickers than we had ordered and if he offered them at a reduced price would we take them to help him out. Now thinking about it this was him trying to pull the wool over my eyes. when the stickers arrived they were not fit for purpose and the backings stuck to the sticker making them impossible to use. when we complained we was given the runaround but eventually replaced them with a different designed stickers equally as rubbish as the first ones.
neverer again will we use this company

Unlike most people I found them helpful and had no problems with payment and communications.
This is a genuine review, I only (as others have) looked at the reviews after ordering with them and paid a deposit and thought what an idiot.....
I was ordering business cards and they did what they said they'd do, took the rest of the money when they said they would and the cards arrived when they said they would.
I really can't say much more, other than I would use them again.

Our small business was going through a rebrand and unbeknown to me, my father met and ordered new 'Service Books' from the salesman, Ian.
We were a little disgruntled as we were working with a marketing team who were doing our 'new look' designs, even more concerned after looking through the Trust pilot reviews!!
We were however, pleasantly surprised! We were contacted for images, chased up and reminded via email and polite telephone calls. The proofs came through fast and changes/ amendments completed really quickly. Could we be the first 5 star review??
Sadly, after approving designs and full payment, the communication slowed and we were promised delivery date after delivery date.
The Service books turned up 6 weeks after approval which was a big difference from the "10 working day" turnaround we were told.
That being said, the quality of the product is great and if we could be guaranteed a shorter delivery time, we would order from them again.

Total rubbish on delivery times paid for 2000 menus & received them in batches as we need them.
Re order on 17th July, now 31st August, menus have now arrived on 1st September 6 weeks is a long time

Scammers of the highest level. I had my website designed by them which is awful. I cancelled my contract by they are still taking money. Four phone calls to the bank and despite getting my card cancelled they are still somehow taking money. Do not give them any card details, you will never see your money back and they will continually take money. Nobody answers calls and despite promising to call back, it never happens. This company needs closing down. I have been repeatedly ripped off by this company.

They scam everyone, I don't know how they are still in business.

I went to my bank and reported them for fraud, they took money without agreement, no invoice and no notice.

Bank refunded, they challenged it and it started a huge fraud investigation with trading standards also involved.

The bank sided with me. Their days are numbered. The worst sum bags I've ever dealt with.

STAY AWAY. Been scammed once don't get scammed will not deliver an will take your money.

Cold calling companies on TPS is unacceptable.

Unfortunately my experience of threes guys leaves a sour taste,
Placed order and was told two weeks for delivery, then there was a problem with Machinary and then something else etc etc etc
No call back ( even the director who played dumb, never stood up and said who he really was )
It was call after call without a return call, fortunately my delivery eventually arrived,
but sadly the lack of customer service, the unprofessional manner from the top to the bottom leaves a bad taste

This "company" has called me 3 times in the last hour or so despite me requesting they remove my number from their database. Horrible despicable cold callers

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! absolutely horrific! ordered van decals last October and they never arrived, called multiple times and got hung up on, got my assistant to chase it she called multiple times a day and until we reported to trading standards and never received a refund.
