Excellent customer service from Sophie on email - dealt with my gift voucher query politely and efficiently. Thank you.

Sophie was prompt, polite, and incredibly patient throughout. Her efficiency is truly second to none. I contacted her multiple times in one day with various queries about more than one voucher, and every response was quick, professional and courteous.

Her level of customer care genuinely impressed me. Each question was handled smoothly and without any fuss, making the entire experience seamless. I only wish she could train staff at other companies—her effortless efficiency and approach to customer service are something many could learn from.

I asked if it was possible to extend use by date on my gift card as i had a health issue of which they extended the card date for me.

A great experience all round. I wasn't sure where I could use my Gift Card but the team helped me out straight away and I had a happy visit.

I have tried to cancel my order and they just ignored me and sent my order anyway. I have tried sending them an email, phoning and leaving a voicemail all were ignored.

Telephone services were extremely helpful after I’d ordered the wrong vouchers they managed to cancel the order and kept in touch. Thank you !!

I had been given 2 british pub cards and needed to reveal the pin number on the back of the cards to reveal my balance but when i scrubbed the back of the card to reveal the pin numbers they were not very clear as was very hard to scrub off clearly but thanks to british pub card services my balances were revealed this morning after giving them my card number they were very effecient and understanding many thanks again really appreciated

If you dine out often, why would you not take advantage of the offer. I had misplaced my vouchers and they were swiftly replaced. What’s not to like?

I had been given a gift card for a retirement gift. I hadn't realised that it had gone out of date. Contacted the company and they very kindly put some more time on the card for me. Brilliant customer service

was very clumsy when removing tab covering pin number so unable to read.Requested assistance Sophie solved my problem quickly and politely was most grateful.

Couldnt get web site to acept card details, emailed customer services who emailed me the balance stright away.

customer service responded extremely quickly to my query and solved my issue, which was entirely my fault in the first place.

On the rare occasion that I've had an issue with my card, the response has been prompt with resolve.
Since last weekend, there were technical issues with using the card in some pubs. Fortunately, we had other means of paying for our meal but I rather feel a workaround could have been offered, particularly for customers who were reliant on the pub card balance for their meal - saving embarrassing. Otherwise, always a positive experience using the cards that we are regularly gifted.
