Excellent customer service

I purchased a Greene King voucher for my son for Christmas 2024, printed it off and then subsequently deleted the email. My son lost the print out so I emailed the customer service department to see if they could resend the voucher and, within 3 working days, they did! Thank you so much, not £50 wasted! Fabulous customer service

Did not receive £30 Gift Card online as ordered

After ordering a £30 Gift Card on line last night - for a gift to give today - the money has been taken out of my account but I have not been sent the Gift Card! I asked that it be delivered to me, the same day, online. They haven't!
On contacting customer services, I was asked for an order number. I haven't received one; I haven't received anything. Payment has left my bank account so I've reported it to my bank as a fraudulent transaction.

Help with expired card

I didn't realise a card had expired last month. A quick email to customer service (Sophie) and she reinstated the card balance and gave me a month to use it.

So pleased with response.

Unfortunately my son wasn’t able to use the vouchers when he planned but the amazing customer service team sorted this out for me with super efficiency.
Well done everyone it really is appreciated.

Received electronic voucher instantly

No issues receiving the online voucher that clearly states the expiration date, has a bar code and pin. Hopefully there won’t be issues using it. But I like that I can search for pubs on their website that will accept the voucher .
