Received email notifying me of auto…
Received email notifying me of auto renewal. Checked online and could see no way to cancel, so phoned to cancel, but support line was closed, so emailed to request cancellation. No response and today the payment for a renewal I don’t need has been taken. I will be calling to cancel ASAP and expect a full refund as within 14 days cool off period

Tried to contact them. Couldn't get past the recorded message with about6 options. Pressed all th buttons, no response. Have sent several emails, only get auto response.

I'm changing my review now as they eventually called me back after weeks of leaving emails / messages to call me back.
Pleasant staff although so far I wouldn't buy from this company again as when u do need to contact them it's so hard to get anyone .
