This policy auto renewed, I just had a claim from a skiing accident, one month before it run out and I am still waiting for it to be settled.
It auto renewed, and I contacted them to let them know that I needed to update my medical conditions before it extended into another annual and also to remove winter spots from the policy.
No one contacted me about this. I have tried several times to get onto their portal which will not allow me to go on and irrespective of putting correct information such as passwords and the memorable information it still says information incorrect. This has been reported several times and I’ve had several requests for help and nobody has helped me.
Very poor service constantly having to chase. As of writing this I’m still waiting for them to come back so I can speak to somebody about updating my medical records and changing my cover yet because they have taken the money out automatically. It does not appear as they are bothered. Would not recommend.

I was never sent an email with my policy documents. All I ever recieved was a review page asking me to grade your service back in February when I paid the insurance. Even now after spending considerable time to trace your company, I am still trying to access the documents 1 day before I go on holiday. I certainly would not consider giving you more than 1 star for your performance so far.

Absolutely pathetic.
I got a renewal quote which I did not want to accept in march. I attempted to cancel the auto renewal on the website and could find no way to do this, even though their own email says that there is.
I have repeatedly emailed great cover over the last 4 weeks with no reply and received an email yesterday saying they would be taking the direct debit shortly, regardless of my repeated attempts to cancel it.
I have also repeatedly attempted to call them. However you get an automated service asking you to press a number on your keypad, which does not work, and after the 3rd attempt hangs up on you.
Absolutely woeful customer services, I would never recommend anyone use great cover id you expect any basic level of service or even a basic reply to your emails.

This company took off a payment for the following years policy before this years policy had ended even though I did not confirm if I was renewing or not which I wasn’t as I was no longer travelling out with Europe. Also I had not been informed if new policy cost which was £54.17 more than last years which I would not have accepted. I’m extremely concerned by this company’s policy of taking money from people without their approval and before their current policy runs out!
I was then told it would take 3-5 working days to refund the money they’d taken without my approval. 🤬

Since the 1st of April I've been fobbed off after they received payment. Nearly a month, no proof of insurance, no documents. 3 emails in and they're saying"too busy" contacting my bank on a fraudulent experience. PLEASE chose another insurance group.
