Bought the item from online ad

Bought the item from online ad. Claimed made in the USA, certified. First flag was the sales tax they charged was 5 times what it should have been, sent message & they refunded that portion. After days I finally got a tracking number, item in a country 4000 miles away, supposedly. When I questioned them as to why a product made in USA is in another country. Of course they lied & said they have warehouses all around the "Globe" and send from the closest warehouse to me. Needless to say 10 days later my item is still 4000 miles away. Read the reviews on this company before you deal, this seems to be a normal practice with this company. Definitely not a USA made product if coming from somewhere other than the USA. My research shows "CHINA". Should have known.
