Great holiday with lots to see and do. Tour guide made everything run smoothly. Hotel was good although it was at the bottom of a steep hill if you had mobility problems. Food good plus plenty in pack lunch no need to spend much because of all inclusive. Would definitely recommend especially if it's your first time in switzerland.

This was a wonderful tour for me, amazing alpine scenery and lots of trains. Hotel accomodation and catering was good in Tiefencastel All held together by excellent tour manager Hassan. A nice bunch of fellow travellers too.
The trip was well planned and well led by our tour guide. When decisions had to be made they were pragmatic and sensible and very well communicated. All train journeys, hotels and rail excursions were as advertised. Although the weather was very hot and drained our energy it allowed us to view the beautiful scenery at its best.
Our experience of this tour was exceptional and the input from our Tour Manager helped us to enjoy it even more
Excellent from start to finish. One or two small things could be improved. We were very lucky our tour manager , Hassan , was brilliant. Went above and beyond to make sure all had a good time.
Not well organized too much time spent on station platforms spent time going back and forward on same lines too much free time in places with nothing to do poor tour manager
The tour organiser was very good and approachable. All the organised trips were really enjoyable. The scenery was amazing. The company was good. The hotel was in a good position, the food was good but the rooms were very hot even though the weather was cool.
A most enjoyable and rewarding experience, superbly organised by the tour manager, Hassan Ahmed, whose efforts to ensure the smooth running of the trip were outstanding. His use of Whatsapp to communicate information, photos and his own artwork greatly contributed to the enjoyment of the holiday
Excellent Tour Manager! Enjoyable trip from beginning to end (apart from journey Strasbourg to Tiefencastel which involved 5 unsuitable trains - come on GRJ, you can do the trip on 3 trains!). Great fellow passengers and good accommodation - yes, I'd do it again!

Wonderful scenery, excellent tour manager and comfortable hotels.
The trip became very tiring, changing so many trains, handling of baggage, walking involved with the baggage, even we had to walk to our hotel. The main hotel where we spent five nights was very average, even the staff at the hotel was non cooperative, menu was much below par, lack of variety in food.

Excellent itinerary and tour manager. All inclusive became good value when you discovered how expensive food and drink are in Switzerland. Not the best country for gluten free, so need to be vigilant if coeliac, as hotel make a couple of errors. Need to be fairly fit as one afternoon was 4 trains and a bus and a journey of seven hours with luggage, which included top deck a train. Strasbourg is a great stopover with several hours free to explore
