The only shortcoming was Day 1. Delft was lovely, but the majority of our group of 28 were pretty tired by the time we got to the Delft pottery & museum, and fairly wrecked once we got to the town centre. Arriving at the Utrecht hotel at 5 pm, with dinner timed for 7 pm, was a bit of a struggle with restricted lift access for people with luggage. Why not go straight to Utrecht and have a half day visit to Delft after a night’s sleep?

Great organisation, first rate leader, hotel spot on. Everything was to be honest spot on.

Nicely paced tour with a good balance of free time.

Good hotel in Utrecht. Andrea is a pleasant and efficient Tour Guide and the trip was good except that there was a long wait in Rotterdam to connect with Eurostar to Brussels and even longer when the train was cancelled and there was indecision and mild panic. Loved the gardens and a good guide in Amsterdam.

The few days spent in the Netherlands was very good. Comfortable hotel in a good area for interesting places to visit in Utrecht. Also handy for reasonable restaurants. The trips to Keukenhof Tulips and Amsterdam were well organised. Sadly the travelling was not so good. Not GRJ's fault but with cancellations and delays making a very long , tiring journey home. It seems so far that having booked travel as a group there is a big discrepancy between Eurostar and GRJ for any compensation. The attitude of customer services is not very caring or helpful. The money isn't an issue for us but it would be nice to think that their customers come first. It seems once travel companies have your money they are not very interested.

All encompassing trip, including Rotterdam, Delft, Utrecht, Amsterdam with plenty of time to make our own arrangements as we wanted. The Keukenhof visit was stunning, loved it all. The hotel was very good and I really appreciated the two dinners.

Was a great trip, Keukenhof was the star, only negative was early Eurostar out made for a long first day. Might have been better to visit Delft on the morning of the second day.

First day was very tiring , getting up at 0500 ready for the an early train. Then stopped at delft pottery & town, this was ok but just needed to get to the hotel. Tour guide was good overall. Trip to keukenhoff was good, although the flowers had not come out to the full but we can’t help nature. We had a trip to Amsterdam, wouldn’t rush back. Our local guide took a walking tour we didn’t really learn a lot of facts , he was very very laid back. We liked Utrecht , hotel was in a great location one side the train station, the other the town centre.

Excellent tour, very well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish.

Excellent tour manager. Good timings as the only really early start was getting there for Eurostar. To manage this we stayed overnight at the Premier Inn across the road. Delft pottery was extremely interesting, and we could have done with another half an hour at least. Our hotel, although inside the modern shopping centre was clean, quiet and ideally placed for us. Food also good. There is no Dutch cuisine so we ate Gernan at Kartoffeln by the canal one night and Indian , Suriya near the Dom the other night . Amsterdam tour excellent. We did a boat trip with a wander round the red light area after. The gardens were beautiful but not many tulips out but it was a nice place to wander round. Immaculately groomed and ckean. The orchid house was amazing. Great area to visit, loved Delft, Utrecht and Amsterdam. Lots to see and do. Particularly liked the mechanical music museum in Utrecht. Loved it si much went round twice Food and drink prices similar to UK.
