Fantastic service

Received a brochure through the post, full of fantastic holidays. Sent an enquiry and details sent back very quickly. Telephoned and spoke to our advisor and booked the holiday. Very helpful throughout and can guarantee that the holiday will be amazing.

I booked this river cruise completely online, which was fairly straightforward. I was able to change decks and cabins with no problems.Confirmation was e-mailed to me very quickly.

Highlights of the Glacier Express.

Highlights of the Glacier Express.
Amazing experience helped by great Rail Journeys great admin and organization of the tour to cram in as much as possible, without being uncomfortable. So many delightful sights and experiences. Hotels as expected for the price point.
Aubrey, the tour manager was exceptional. Frequent WhatsApp messages kept us fully informed, with daily reminders and advice for free time. Aubrey was so good natured, helpful and supportive of all members of the group. He went above and beyond his job description!

We were warned to only have small bags we could carry and manage ourselves on the trains. Many ignored this request and came with big heavy bags. Aubrey willingly helped with all the bags.
