A resume company is successful when it takes care of BOTH clients and writers. I have been a professional resume writer for several years and have witnessed many bad practices in our profession. The industry is highly competitive and most services attract mediocre or inadequate writers because it's tremendously difficult to find high-quality, strategic writers. The great ones not only create content but, more importantly, produce results because they are excellent interviewers (able to draw information from the client) and understand business & the recruiter/employer sides of the hiring process. What good is a pretty resume if it's not going to help open doors?

In the past year that I've consulted for GRF, I've found them very selective in their hiring process, which I appreciate because I value my own personal brand and reputation as a resume professional and wouldn't want to be associated with a sub-par team. Jessica (owner) has let go of writers who don't meet both GRF and clients' standards--especially when it comes to ethical matters.
