Jessica Coppens wrote my resume and bio and did a fantastic job! In our initial meeting her ability to take our conversation and turning into a usable/editable document that reflected the discussion incredible. The interaction through the rough draft, edits to final product was seamless.

Ruth completed a make-over of my resume. The three things that she did exceptionally well were 1) conduct an extremely thorough and detailed phone interview to extract my best accomplishments, 2) strongly emphasize those accomplishments when writing the resume, 3) make the resume easy for the reader by ensuring everything fit into only 2 pages and making proper use of bullet points to make it quick to read. I cannot emphasize enough how strongly Ruth takes the time to gather the information she needs in the initial phone interview and really uncover the accomplishments. She turned-over every rock to find any hidden success that I had neglected to document on my old resume. In some cases, I had thought that certain things were just ordinary events, yet she asked the right questions to make me realize that what I thought was ordinary was really extraordinary. For example, I am a manager and I never thought to state the number of employees in my team who had been promoted. It turns out that 41% of my employees (13 of 32) have been promoted in the past 2 years and Ruth discovered this nugget that was worth including on my resume since that is actually a high percentage of internal team promotions. I strongly recommend Ruth especially for somebody who is not used to boasting about one's own accomplishments and needs somebody to emphasize that.

Trista Neubauer was great to work with. Her expertise and understanding of resume and LinkedIn writing made it easy to quickly update my resume and LinkedIn page. She was open to including my future goals and changes that I was looking for in my career and she was able to seamlessly integrate my experience and my skills.

This was the worst experience of customer service- they took forever to get back to me- I received contradictory advice from my resume writer and Jessica, and the resume they gave me didn’t get me ONE call back, not one!!! I applied everywhere and got nothing. Such an abysmal waste of money and time. When I went to them after 3 months of no results with the resume they wrote me, they tried talking me into buying more services with them. I’m happy to see that others have had success with this service, however I think this company is a scam. Also, the resumes they design are hideous, they’re only built for applying online, not for grabbing the attention of actual hiring humans. The feedback I have gotten on my resume is that it would end up in the wastebasket, based on its appearance alone and it’s utter lack of personality.

I even purchased a rebrand immediately after my initial resume was created because I was so disappointed with the initial product and when I spoke to my second resume writer I realized that I had just wasted another $500, didn’t even finish the consultation process.

I’ve been unemployed now for 5 months and I’m out over $1700 on this crap service that I believe has hurt my prospects rather than help.

Jessica Coppens did an amazing job with my executive resume and letter of introduction! I hadn't updated my resume in almost a decade. Jessica worked me for the one specific job opportunity I wanted. I don't know the results of my application yet, but I know she helped me highlight all my strengths and clearly aligned them with the position.

I wasn't eager to pay the fees, but the final products were of much higher quality than what I would have done, even with help from some talented friends with HR experience.
