The guys are good, but the company works very hard and does not answer the phone, the Green 2 company is irresponsible

The two young men who delivered my furniture were incredibly helpful, considerate and professional.

Excellent service, delivery guys delivered items with care, removed all packaging, and placed the items exactly where requested despite some difficulty getting items into the space. Very happy.

Very good experience from beginning to end, customer services were very helpful when I mentioned I might have to postpone delivery at short notice. Delivers kept us informed, and were punctual and polite.

This was the delivery company selected by Bimble Solar (who are a good company to use).
Green2 mis read my original delivery note so failed to deliver on the selected date. They rescheduled and then contacted me the day prior to delivery saying transport had messed up and they now couldn't deliver again. Initially they wanted to deliver a week later but on querying this the operator managed to get next day delivery.
On the day of delivery transport was delayed, but they kept me informed of this and were generally good on the actual delivery day.

The people in the office were so helpful and understood the difficulties I was having with the company the items were coming from, I cannot praise them highly enough, the delivery drivers were very punctual and even took away the boxes away for us. Thank you green 2. 🙂

Arrived on time. We were keep informed of progress. Items carried inside to required location, staff were polite - what more could we ask!

Green2 delivered my ordered item today (6th March), after the order was placed on the 13th February, The vendors site states delivery in 3-5 working days.
I received a text on Sunday 5th saying it would be delivered today (6th) between 11:00 and 2:00 and I would hear from the driver beforehand. I was texted by the crew 15 minutes before arrival. The crew helpfully carried the item to the room it was purchased for, and popped it in to place. They took a photo (all packaging was still in place so I couldn't see the item to inspect it), and left quickly. The item was very well packaged and the item itself was as expected once I'd got it all off. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to the delay in receiving the item, once you have a confirmed delivery date, it's a good service, and I would order again if they were delivering the item, so thank you.

They came when they said they would in the email and rang me 20mins before they arrived. The chap took his shoes off and was very careful with my chair, put it in the room, unpacked it very carefully, took the plastic away. Polite throughout. Both chaps in a slight hurry but what can you expect? They had a trip over half the countryside and a timeframe to stick to! All good. Thank you.

We were kept informed during every step of the delivery from start to finish. From the admin call to begin the process to the final delivery the staff were helpful, and very respectful. Thank you.

Informed of the progress of the delivery by email from when the order was despatched to a few days before with estimated delivery slot, then a phone call when arrived, on time.

Order finally arrived yesterday after being cancelled and nothing but difficulties sorting. I was assured an afternoon delivery however with 11 minutes notice I received a text to say ETA 10:05am!!
Delivery was then stressful after getting someone to hurry round to the house!
I was told by the 2 drivers who I wonder if on a day rate so wanting to get home! That the sofa (standard sofa) would not fit through the front door! Ridiculous! Clearly couldn’t be bothered. In the price I paid for room of choice! Apparently we would need patio doors to get the sofa in. Needless to say it was not brought into the house by the incompetent unhelpful delivery team and it was brought in later in the evening by 2 people who have no experience of sofa deliveries! Oh and no patio doors were installed to get it in!

Excellent service, kept informed at all times, on time delivery with very helpful delivery team on the vehicle.

They changed the delivery time and were weeks late delivering it. So hard to get hold of, no one answers the phone. Very frustrating experience.

Green2 did our sofa delivery on behalf of Rowen Homes. Communication in advance of delivery was great and I got all the information promised. Good contact on the day do I knew exactly when my parcel would arrive. Drivers were punctual, polite and respectful of our home. Highly recommended.
