Awful service

Awful service. Our delivery was due between 1 and 4pm and finally arrived at 6:30pm. We had no communication until 6pm in the evening. I understand that deliveries get delayed but no communication is very poor.

Utterly appalled by this service

Utterly appalled by this service. No communication and delivery almost an hour past the window end time (with no notice of this). Completely rude staff who failed to take the furniture anywhere but inside the front door (despite having paid for ‘delivered to room’ service’). Let us with a piece of furniture blocking our ability to unpack boxes in our new house. Very frustrated and would steer very clear from this company in future.

Great communications useful service!

The scheduling is on point, their communications is good. I found Acadi and his driver did a perfect job with my most recent delivery.

Big and bulky objects are difficult to contend with by their very nature, yet I found that they did a good job and made the hard task of getting the big objects delivered hassle free.

Knowing pretty much exactly when they would arrive made a big difference and removed any stress for me from the situation, because we were prepared and ready.

Unbelievably bad service

.I completely agree with the negative reviews on this site. Still waiting for a Cotswold company order, the first attempt at delivery being made in December! (Originally the order included 2 items, which somehow Green 2 managed to lose/mislay etc but I was so fed up of green 2 that I asked for one item to be delivered by another carrier when it was eventually found. The current undelivered item is a replacement for the one they broke. Delivery scheduled for last Friday - cancelled on the day. Rescheduled for today - cancelled last night. Having worked both in logistics and customer services I know things go wrong. However my experience to date has been farcical and not once has anyone apologised, in fact on Friday they hung up on me before I could discuss redelivery. They give their clients a bad name.

Amazing sofas

Just had my two refurbished leather sofas delivered they are amazing just like new just a few little marks

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I was given 4-7pm as a time slot and told that the driver would make contact when on route. By 7pm this hadn't happened. Sometime after, the driver called to say 9pm. Then an hour later another call to say they couldn't deliver. I had been very specific about the weekend (I wouldn't be available) so now have to wait another 2 days.

The delivery crew are supposed to follow a process whereby they contact the customer approximately 30 mins prior to arriving with the customer, and it appears that this was not adhered to so this will be investigated with the crew members as a matter of priority.
