I wish I read reviews before ordering

I wish I read reviews before ordering. Its taken c6 weeks for the order to arrive and it's wrong. I have raised issue with my bank as I was not getting any sort of response from them. I fear that they only sent something because of the banking issue. But I will persist as these people should not be allowed to get away with ripping people off.

no contact - unable to return

I ordered something, received the wrong item!
Contacted to request a return and a week later still haven't heard anything so am left unable to return my unwanted, unordered item.
Have emailed again and still no reply.
Wouldn't order through this company

Arrived

I placed my order before reading these reviews and was very nervous after I read them. My order did arrive as described within a "reasonable" timeframe, so I count myself lucky. A few notes - immediately after ordering I emailed to ask to amend it, but never received a response. As others experienced, I received an email stating my order had "shipped" but it was a several days after that before Evri received the parcel. Once it arrived with every the delivery progressed as usual. Order was correct and no obvious issues with quality.

Don't waste your time or money!

Order was delivered over a month late, only partially fulfilled, and Greenbeeinteriors made no effort to respond to any of messages (via email and their social media channels). Do not order from them unless you're prepared to be severely disappointed! The only reason they partially fulfilled my order was so they could dispute the claim I made through my bank to get my money back. Now I am one item short, £20 out of pocket, and they still have not responded to any emails or offered any kind of apology.

I placed an order on the 18th of…

I placed an order on the 18th of December on the shop app , the app said that the order had been dispatched on the 19th December. But I still I hadn’t received it on the 9th January , I sent 2 emails and started a chat with them direct . I had no reply back at all, I am very disappointed that there was no communication at all. I eventually received my order on the 15th January, I feel the customer service aftercare is very poor

Update to my previous review

Update to my previous review. Anyone considering purchasing from this company should check out Companies House website to see that GREENBEE INTERIORS was DISSOLVED IN FEBRUARY 2020.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TODAY TO ACTION FRAUD SO NO ONE ELSE LOOSES THEIR MONEY!!

Not a real business. Beware.

I ordered and paid for two pillows but they never arrived. I contacted Green Bee Interiors for months - wrote emails, left messages but no answer to any of my queries and no refund.
Please do not trust or order anything from this supplier. It is a false service.

I ordered tea towels in June

I ordered tea towels in June. I checked a month later and got a response that the owner was out of town but was still taking orders. I waited a few weeks later and still nothing. I’ve sent around 6 emails to two different addresses asking for either my purchase or a refund. I have yet to get a response and it is the end of September. This place needs to be shut down.

Not a Genuine Company

I ordered a set of orla keily t towels in a teal colour. After waiting over a week I received them but the incorrect colour had been sent. I emailed them twice and never received a response. I then found a phone number which seemed to be a personal number and just said leave a message. I didn't chance trying to return them as could imagine I would never receive a refund. I checked Companies House and it says this company was ordered to stop trading and has since been dissolved. Not exactly sure how there is a website but would advise anybody not to order from Green Bee Interiors as it is definitely not a genuine company

After 1 and half month of waiting for…

After 1 and half month of waiting for my order, I emailed them to ask where my order was and THEY NEVER REPLIED. Then over the course of 2 weeks I emailed them, no reply. I had to go to my bank to get my money and I got my money back. I am not sure if this is a dropshipper or some kind of Ai experiment, but it's as close to SCAM as you can get

Very happy with blinds and service

I ordered 7 Roman blinds to be made for a bedroom and dressing room, some were inner recess and some outer. I communicated via the chat room with Holly who was very helpful as I am not very practically minded. She came up with a solution to a tricky shaped window problem and wasn’t fazed by my mid order panic about this window. The blinds arrived after 5 weeks. All measurements were correct, all.very well made and all fitted the windows as expected. I have photos if anyone wants further evidence. I was very happy with th3 whole experience and the end product.

Product not delivered - no response to queries

Having placed an order on the 21st June for three Roman Blind rails, I have yet to receive them 2 months later, despite receiving a follow-up email on the 9th July advising that the Order is being prepared ready for shipment. I have made attempts to contact the company both via webchat and email, but have not received any reply other than auto responses saying "I'm currently away". I have now sent an email requesting a full refund; however, I am not confident I will see the money returned.

Is anyone there???!?!
Ordered 2 blinds - i have many more i need but thought id get the first two done to check i was happy with the service. Glad i didnt order any more!!! the blinds were made but measurements were muddled so neither fit the windows i ordered them for!! i have tried and tried and tried again to get in touch but zero response from email, online chat, telephone nothing
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Website looks great but the service is literally NOT THERE

I ordered a roman blind kit, all that came was the top rail, no velcro, no rods and no base weighted bar, i have emailed twice and contacted the AI messenger and nothing back, terrible serice and zero customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE ...I WISH I HADNT

So disappointed, non existent customer service

So disappointed, I purchased 5 items and emailed to see if they could make other items to match the material (emailed twice no reply)
Then it said order was sent, 3 days later no movement, I emailed them (no reply)
I had chosen a parcelshop for delivery, kept an eye on the tracking. After 8 days I complained to Evri, then I checked yesterday and it said delivered. I got no notification for collection. So went to the parcelshop this morning and luckily the owner knows me. There was no name on the parcel just address of the shop. We matched it with the contents and tracking number.
Not even wrapped inside just contents put in parcel bag, no care or thought.
I have tried to do live chat with Green Bee... surprise, surprise no reply!
So overall really disappointed, the website looks lovely but the service is non existent. I would never leave a negative review but I feel so disheartened at no response from the company. Would not recommend 😕

Absolutely delighted with my blinds

Absolutely delighted with my new blinds!
I sent in my own fabric and couldn’t be happier with the result.
I didn’t know what I was doing when it came to measuring the windows and working out how much fabric I needed but they couldn’t have been more helpful.
My blinds arrived yesterday and they are perfect.
Highly recommend!

Do you exist? No response to any form of communication!

Not sure if this is an actual company as they haven’t received any reviews yet and haven’t answered my telephone call, text, email, live chat or messenger. I ordered a gift for someone last Monday and paid extra for expedited delivery. Still not received 5 days later. Zero customer service. I wouldn’t trust them to custom make anything for me if this is how they treat customers.
