I’ve been really enjoying Olivva Extra Virgin Olive Oil lately. It has a nice, smooth flavor with just a little peppery kick at the end—great for drizzling over salads or using in dressings. It smells super fresh and has that beautiful green-golden color you hope for in a good olive oil. You can tell it’s made from quality olives. I’ve also used it for light cooking, and it holds up really well. Definitely a staple in my kitchen now.

Being of Greek origins, I am always a bit biased when it comes to a good olive oil. I mean what do Italians and Spaniards know about the fine art of olive oil right? When Romulus and Remus was still carried around by their wolf mother, the Greeks were sipping wine and dipping their bread in the finest olives oils the classic world had to offer.

Wind the clocks forward to 2025 and I have to admit, my genetic biases have been rewired by my taste of Olivva's first vintage. Highly recommended. Those darn Spaniards make a world class olive oil...
