I have tried to contact the company but…

I have tried to contact the company but there are so many different bases. This one was on the M1 50mph roadworks 28/10/24 7,50 AM, Dangerous impatient driver. I have a recorded vid to share. I was in 2nd lane. Up my bum.
Kept flashing me. Left full beam on Honked horn.

For a “RUBBISH” job use Greenbox

Ordered a skip the same size and filled with the same material as a previous skip the week before from a different company. Had them both put in exactly the same place and 1st one delivered and collected with no problems at all. Second time around the Geeenbox skip was delivered with never any mention as to how they would find it difficult to lift if filled with heavy material which may cause damage to the drive way by there Lorry . When it came time to collect the Driver wrecked my block paved driveway and concrete path pushing his feet through the paving . He tried over and over and all the 6 wheels of his lorry were off the ground leaving just the two legs on the ground. Now the weight of the lorry and skip was just to much but he would not give up until all of a sudden catastrophe , legs sunk into ground smashing block paving and path . I could not believe it. A manager came out that afternoon to inspect the damage and assured me that it would be taken care of and repaired and not to worry. This happened on a Saturday and was told I’d hear from them Monday to sort things out. Come Monday heard nothing until a Lorry the exact same size pulled up and the driver said he was here to collect the skip. After some debate as to whether or not he could do it without causing more damage. We ended up on a phone call with a director of Greenbox. Well everything had changed now from what I was told on the Saturday. Now I was told that they won’t be making good the damage caused by there driver and further more if they totally wreck the drive trying again to lift the skip that’s my problem and they won’t be paying to put it right. I wasn’t willing to let this happen so denied them from taking the skip. I was prepared to pay for a grab lorry to come and remove contents of the skip to either lighten or completely empty if necessary. Well after the director then attended the property with a lorry to retrieve the skip after a lengthy argument his refusal to let me have it emptied or the weight reduced it was not going well and threats were made by this unpleasant individual. It was evident this was a loosing battle for me and as I wanted the skip gone had to relent and let him attempt to lift it regardless of the possibility of further damage which I would have to bare at my own cost. Luckily we’d had a completely dry day in the meantime so I crossed my fingers that it would of dried out the soil in the skip sufficiently enough that it may be now light enough to lift without damaging the paving anymore. Luckily that was the case and once lifted they left my property leaving the destruction behind them which I am now going to have to pay for. I would definitely not use this company again and warn anyone intending to do so be very careful as they will not have any respect for your property and if they do cause any damage they will not care or repair it. All you will get is aggressive threats and aggravation. BE WARNED go elsewhere.

I had my delivery from GreenBox this…

I had my delivery from GreenBox this morning and one of the packages had the Stock liquid split and contaminated the whole bag, adding to that the stock went all over my clothing.
Spoke to GreenBox via ChatBot, and was told as it was a gift voucher they would not compensate, and not resend the damaged meal.
Poor customer services, subscription cancelled with immediate effect.

Excellent as always. Courteous friendly and helpful drivers. We have used them at least 3 sperate times recently as we moved house. They have been marvellous very helpful, no pressure to take back Skip and when asked delivered one on time and removed when requested. Delighted with their service

Don’t bother. It’s pot luck if get a good experience

Well… I ordered and paid for an item shown in stock. Paid for next day delivery. Only received a order confirmation email and contact ceased. Waited a week. Had to email and message a few times on social media only to get a refund email with no message. Only know what the issue was after reading the refund reason n the invoice. ‘Out of stock’
No sorry no other contact or response. All in all this took 2 weeks from start to finish. Thanks for nothing. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all if they can’t get basic communication right in this day and age.

Product was faulty on delivery

Product was faulty on delivery. Emailed their contact address to try and arrange replacement and sent a contact form via their website and they haven't responded. It's now been a week since I emailed.

Great overall Experience!

The website UI was great, the checkout experience was pleasant, and the delivery tracking was superb.

Thus, the 'End to End' customer journey with Greenbox has been nothing short of exceptional.

I used to shop for my CBD products directly through suppliers like Endoca- but all the other 'important' bits in a holistic customer journey were missing. With Greenbox- I've found the right digital partner for my nature inspired products.
