Got the refund but why lose business because of delivery
I can see a lot of reviews on issues with delivery. Just like them, I never got my order and got refunded. Its a shame for a good company to lose clients because of delivery problems. Don't have any more feedback.

It's not ideal but the dropper is probably going to be less messy on this occasion, so I'd recommend you use that instead.
