Bill is a great manager and the space is secure, clean and comfortable!

Bathrooms need attention. The lights in the bathroom have been blown out for months. The floor is not cleaned on a regular basis. I saw a piece of candy that was left on the floor for weeks. If possible get new bulbs for the bathroom. Also clean the floors and bathroom and stock the bathroom with toilet paper.

Kind team Always feel comfortable going there.

I like it but it was better before when I can pay payments along the way a little bit at a time before the due date. I would like it if it went back to that.

Online reviews (and a bad experience with a different storage company) led me to Greenbox. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly the onsite managers were at the two sites I visited and even more impressed with the environmental standards in place.

This place is a beautiful new facility, spotless.
Easy to get in and out of.
Priced extremely reasonably.

Have rented a space for 6 months. Looked at a few other places beforehand, even begun paperwork with one of them. When we visited this facility we rented a unit on the spot.
And the facility is a green facility.....not just the color😉

I liked the facility but, my monthly rent went up so I had to move. It also did not help that hallway doors were painted shut which made moving items in and out so much more difficult. I would have stayed if the price was more competitive. Moving all that stuff almost killed me.

Originally moving in was easy. 6 months later they threatened to adding a monthly charge for insurance - without double checking that I have my own.

Also, the rates are going up. I have a sense that they do this often.

Make sure to lock in your rate for at least a year if possible.

Overall I DO NOT recommend Green Box SS

Super clean, safe and well-secured facility!

Yep! Best storage in Denver. Just keep the creepy guy in the bicycle out of the parking lot that goes thru the trash and indigents off the property and you’d be a 5 star!

Only negative is the price. But nothing in Denver has a normal price. Everything that has to do with housing is over priced.
