Apricot chicken dish was not very good…
Apricot chicken dish was not very good from this week. I was surprised.
I gave one less star not because of apricot chicken but bc I am unable to make my profile have an alert so that you do not ever send me tilapia. Is there a way to get that added to my profile? I would continue service with you if I knew I didn’t have to constantly check my schedule to review what’s coming my way. I recently didn’t get to review and sure enough… tilapia was in my box. I immediately threw it away bc none of my neighbors eat it either. Please help!

We like the quality and the recipes are tasty. We only wish that you allowed more flexibility with dietary restrictions. For example if we could take out both dairy and gluten.

The flavors are fantastic
The flavors are fantastic. They are very easy to prepare. I appreciate that they are gluten, free and dairy free.And that there is an emphasis on consumption of fish which we definitely don't get enough of in our american diet.I wish the price point was a little bit lower.But the fact that everything is organic is really important to me.So i'm willing to pay for that

Vegetables damaged & rotted again
Zucchini was damaged & rotted out. The previous order, we received 3 pesto sauces and no balsamic sauce. Ruined meal. No response from green chef about these problems. I’m about to quit the plan.

Sad to leave, but poor customer service
On 3 different occasions, when I had to skip an order, it was processed anyway. When I called to discuss this the customer service rep was vague and robot-like in responses. No sorry for your experience, no how can we make it right. The only sorry was it was too late to cancel this order. So I cancelled my subscription. He acted like he could care less. This was our favorite meal service for quality & recipes, so we are disappointed but they clearly don’t care about the customer. Sad…

Overall most of the meals are very good. The directions can be rather cumbersome at times. I wish there was more simple recipes & more salad type meals for the summer. Who wants to eat hot soup when it's 98° in North Carolina or have to put the oven on??

Its a little on the pricy side
Its a little on the pricy side. I would like to see gluten free pasta offered as an alternative. There are so many pasta dishes that I can't order because my wife has a gluten allergy. Its one of the easiest things ti substitute.
