Our returns policy clearly states that there are no options for return or refunds once the plants have been delivered and accepted by the customers. In your case, I understand that the team also provided a refund as an exception for the Areca Palm since we were unable to visit your place in Ras Al Khaimah to verify your claim.
From our chats, it seems our team has identified the issue of incorrect placement for the Areca Palm and tried to guide you on its correct placement. Please note that Areca Palms are tropical plants, and they thrive in bright light conditions, with regular misting and watering.
We're all for hearing what you think, but just a heads up, bullying or threatening to get extra stuff isn't cool with us.

Terrible service and sick plants ! I don't recommend buying plants from them. I tried to replace their plant, but the company refused. It's just a terrible service .

We're sincerely sorry to hear about your experience. We want to clarify that the Areca Palm's stems' coloration is natural, and we had cleaned the old leaves for any brown tips before delivery. Unfortunately, after being repotted into a different pot from the one we delivered it in, the plant went through two repottings which can impact its health.
We provided pictures showing the plant at the time of delivery and after it was repotted, visibly indicating some improper handling. As per our policy, a replacement is not feasible when a plant has been modified post-delivery. If the plant had remained in the original pot, we would've been more than happy to replace it.
