Then, their maintenance cost is absurdly higher than anyone and the plants you have bought nice and clean are DRY and DYING after 6 months even if you have paid 3 times the super high maintenance service

Firstly, the pot is the same standard 28cm pot that we have in the listing. There has been absolutely no change in the pot.
Secondly, the areca palm stems have black spots as part of their natural pigmentation. There's nothing to be worried about.
Lastly, the app that was being used needs to be used with caution. As with all things AI, what the app says is not always correct. We recommend all our customers to do their own thorough research from trusted sources on plant care. Our blog section is a good start.
