Exceeded my expectations by miles.
Professional team from the moment the initial contact was made. No pressure, just helpful advice and recommendations. Ged came out and surveyed for solar and battery installation and spent time explaining the process. Other companies used google maps for info then persistently phoned for a decision.
Whole job, start to finish was excellent with electrician, scaffolding and roofing squad who all went above and beyond even replacing damaged tiles on the roof.
Admin staff have been so helpful and friendly explaining the document process.
I have no hesitation in recommending Greener energy for solar panel installation.

We made the switch from heating oil to an Octopus heat pump and the fellows have just left. Amazing service from start (help in applying for the Scottish Government rural grant) to completion with FIVE installers finishing off the installation today - took them slightly less than 3 days. Satisfied with the workmanship and the timescale in which the work was carried out. Special mention to Tony the installation worker.
Issues that could be addressed. Communication regarding the erection of the scaffolding, Tony from Greener Energy told me over the phone that he would contact me:did not happen. Also support to understand the app is something that needs addressed. Initial survey and discussion did not indicate that it would be several weeks before you could feed surplus energy back to the grid, should have been raised. Staff in the office, Leanne and Leonne have been supportive so overall a good experience.
I would add to my initial review that Tony was on the phone the same day to discuss the issues raised. He also took time to explain how the process would work now we were up and running. Thanks for that. Still think more time at the survey sale may have resolved the issues raised. Thank you

AVOID!
AVOID!! Complete sales scam for heat pumps, he kept saying over a dozen times you need to do this today in case the funding gets pulled. They want money off you the day that they come to give you a quote.
The quote is pulled out of thin air, they didn’t measure anything or even look at anything in the property before quoting. Didn’t even say what size or spec of radiators or heat pump it’s just a “great system”
It’s a quick install that they make money off you, ridiculously overpriced too this is so they get the full amount of funding from you and some.
Felt like a car salesman trying to get you to sign you up there and then.

Our team discusses current government funding schemes because they can and do change over time, often without warning. However, there should never be any obligation or pressure for a customer to proceed on the day.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the survey and quotation process. Initial quotations are based on the information available at the appointment stage, which is typically supported by the property’s existing EPC and allows us to provide an initial proposal without carrying out a full technical survey at that stage. You will note from your quotation that the make and model of the proposed heat pump, along with the required radiators, pipework, and hot water cylinder specification, were all included.
Unfortunately, this is not a quick installation process. We support our customers throughout the funding application process, detailed system design, technical surveying, and finally the installation and commissioning of the full heating system.
We take all customer feedback seriously and will review your comments internally to ensure our consultations remain clear, informative, and professional, in keeping with the high standards reflected in our overall Trustpilot rating.
