We’ve been using this company for the past three years now, and we wouldn’t look at any other company. Great, professional and very experienced engineers.

Superb service. Prompt, thorough and issues and best way to use etc were explained simply. Did not try to sell aftercare products or push new devises. Just very professional

Customer service absolutely awful! Don’t waste your time or money! Totally unreliable! Arranged the visit and agreed the price for their investigation the report .
Having taken a day off From work the engineers did not show up! Couple of hours after scheduled time they Phoned me saying that they would update me by 1pm whether they could still come the same day. Waited until 2.30pm no phone - nothing. So Decided to phone them instead. Reschedule for next day with a promise that the engineer would let me know 1 h before arriving. Which didn’t happen. 8.01 they phoned me they would be in at 8.30. Again unreliable! It did matter to me a lot what I highlighted to the office Lady called Agata as I needed to let my tenant know they are coming plus drop of my kids at school. Engineer had to wait 30 minutes due to their own fault. When he came over he did his investigation.... trying to guess what we should replace first ... not attempting to resolve the issue whatsoever. First guess was to replace the unit ( underfloor heating manifold) saying it’s working but it’s too big and would be better to change it for smaller... did it make any sense to me whatsoever.... then he suggested the flush to the system and many more suggestions after which he kept highlighting that he wouldn’t give any assurance it would work. He said that he will write his report to his office with suggestions and the office would give me quotes for each try...couple of minutes after he left lady called Agata phoned me asking for my bank card to pay for the investigation he carried out. I said that I would pay as soon as they send me the invoice. Agata kept saying she needs my card right now as that’s the way they proceed. I refused. She kept asking me for my card and would not understand that I’ d like to see my invoice first . After a quite a few attempts she hung up . Half an hour later I got my invoice send down and she phoned me again for the money! I discovered he bill was increased by 25% ! Agata tried to scam me!...Knowing she increased the bill she still wanted me to pay the price they made up! She claimed the engineer had to wait so the price is dearer! Never informing me about it and due to their own incompetence! After couple of days of threatening me in her emails they reduced the invoice to the price we originally agreed!!!!!
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEYS with them!
I got another company in which fix the problem within 1 h and without unnecessary replacements. Funny enough cost me less then GFL investigation quote!

First class service...they were excellent and I would 100% recommend them.

There are people with no rights, cowboys and losers working there, not having rights, they charge for the service of gas installations and equipment exposing you to danger and loss of life. Always remember to ask about the Gas Safety Card, everyone should have it with you then make sure that the person is entitled to work on gas devices, in the absence of an identifier you can boldly call Gas Safety and report a violation of regulation and a real fraud !

After I paid you, I tried to call you from my phone number and you didn't answer me but if I called you from another number other than mine you answered
And when you answered and I asked you why the work had not been done in more than two months, your secretary Pamela Gawronska, after trying to pretend not to understand my English, she closed the phone in my face several times in different days
I don't think an office administrator takes responsibility for such negligence, more likely instead that the whole agency agrees.
I have an email from you where you assured me that the works would be done after my payment, you had already done the check so please don't write ridiculous justifications
Thank you for proposing me to do the work (after six months?) But if I needed an agency for my boat I certainly wouldn't call you. It's exactly the reason why I'm reviewing you.
PS: I had the work done by another agency that did the job in 32 hours

I wasted money, time and patience waiting for them.
These guy took my money for necessary check to start the works, but works never started
For four weeks they told me they would soon be doing the jobs
Receptionist yawned on me by phone and hunging up not one, but many times while I was asking what was going on
Stay far from them

Green Flame I can not only recommend for all plumbing/gas/electric or household emergencies, the team are exceptional at what they do and also give you the reassurances that the product is safely fitted. All the gas engineers have showed their ID cards on the gas safe register list and been polite and respectful in my property. I would highly recommend Green Flame to all my associates.

An engineer from this company was supposed to come and see me to quote for a job on 2 separate occasions and both times did not turn up. The first time, no show and no contact but the office were very apologetic and rescheduled. Again, I waited all day.......no show and no contact until the end of the day asking to reschedule. When I said no and mentioned I'd be leaving an online review the engineer became very rude, aggressive and told me they'd take action against me!

professional polished plumbers. better value than those from pimlico. large team of competent qualified engineers/plumbers. they know of many different systems and technologies that may help you save money on your energy costs. they get the job done at a reasonable price.
