Really helpful & friendly office staff who helped set up communal cleaning for the residents of a block of flats, after another cleaning company failed to meet any standards. Cleaners that come are thorough, friendly and reliable. The communal cleaning is now at a much higher standard with Green Fox.

Yet again the staff at Green Fox have immediately responded to our request for help with a situation and have dealt with it promptly and efficiently. We are very grateful and very pleased that we made the switch to you.

It was a Saturday, late afternoon when I found myself in a position where I needed a professional cleaning team urgently, to clean up water damage after two apartments had suffered a major flood. Green Fox were recommended to me and, wow, what a dynamic company. The team arrived with all the equipment and immediately set to work. Nothing was too much trouble and their happy attitude just took the stress out of a terrible situation. They worked non stop until the job was done and they left the premises in a fabulous condition, way above my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul and his team, an absolute delight to work with.

We called Green Fox late on a Saturday afternoon to our development where a mains pipe had burst in an apartment flooding it and the apartment below.The Green Fox team were there within 2 hours and worked tirelessly ,in good humour, reassuring the elderly homeowners making a very stressful situation slot calmer .Sucking up nearly 500 litres of water.They couldn't do enough .

The weekend before at another development called them out on a Sunday to complete a deep clean due to Coronavirus .Again professional ,rapid.

We have recently started a contract with Green Fox. They have been professional from the outset. Communication is excellent with them, and they have contacted us to ensure we are happy and to receive feedback on the standard. A COSHH folder was provided which is vital and the standard of cleaning is fantastic. In addition to this and after several problems with previous companies, the cleaner is on the premises for the correct amount of time.

Green fox cleaning came highly recommended to me when I was look for a company to do an end of build clean on a development of flats and houses. We have struggled in the past to find a cleaning company in the area who can finish our properties to a high enough standard. Green fox cleaning were fantastic, So easy to deal with and they just got the job done. We were really happy with the end result and have used them again since.

Carried out a post Coronavirus deep clean on our small office spread over two floors, including a kitchen and toilet. I found the company punctual and efficient; it is certainly the cleanest I have seen the office in 4 years.

Green Fox Cleaning have been very proactive, supportive and efficient during these difficult times. They clean a block of flats for us which is occupied by NHS nurses so it is essential that we maintain levels of cleanliness and do our bit to keep front line workers safe and happy when they return home. Even before Coronavirus Green Fox were our eyes and ears on the ground, advising us of any problems on site, as well as doing the routine cleaning work. I would thoroughly recommend them as a cleaning company in good times and bad.
