Do not waste your money with this…

Do not waste your money with this company, What a totally crap service they provide. Firstly we booked to drop and pick up the car at Heathrow terminal 2. . when we dropped off our car their driver was waiting at terminal 3, not 2 and was then an hour late getting to us, which made everything a rush for us in the airport.
When we returned from our holiday there was still confusion between terminals 2&3 and after waiting an hour for our car I rang them again to be told there is traffic and can we go to terminal 5 to meet them there as it is easier , to which I said I would want a partial refund as we were booked to be picked up at terminal 2, and shouldn’t be traveling to t5 with all our luggage. The guy in the office the rudely said ‘ why should we have to pay for that’. I explained to him again that we booked the pick up at T2 and that’s where they need to come to. It was another hour before they arrived making it 2 hours that we had been waiting. They blamed traffic for the delays, yet other people using other companies were been picked up in less than 20 minutes. In all a completely useless company and one to avoid. I only gave 1 star because there isn’t an option for no stars

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!
I gave the company reasonable time to respond to my complaints, however no response received.
1. Vehicle we were transfered in was not road-worthy.
2. Driver was talking on phone and sorting paperwork while driving.
3. Unclear drop off instructions.
4. Something stolen from glove box.
5. Vehicle returned with scratches.
6. Both vehicles returned absolutely filthy (requested they cover cleaning bill, no response).
7. Mobile phone with no SIM left under passenger seat.
8. We were not made aware that they would be driving our vehicles on public roads (should have checked mileage, having read other reviews).
9. Zero customer service and poor communication.
Theft and vehicle damage has been reported to the police.
Usually read reviews before booking, annoyingly this is the only time I didn't.
Had I done so would have never used them.

I booked a car through this company…

I booked a car through this company through economy rentals who are even more hopeless than this company. I wanted to extend the car rental and economy rentals said I needed to contact Green motion rentals Heathrow. I contacted them and admittedly there was a very speedy email reply which was good. However, my booking was for 17 GBP per day but to extend it for 3 days would have cost 200 GBP - HOW ON EARTH COULD THEY JUSTIFY THAT?? Consequently, they have lost my booking As I have cancelled and gone with another company.

VOID AT ALL COST !!!!

VOID AT ALL COST - I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this car rental company, and I strongly advise against using their services. Sam is completely incompetent they didn't understand the system and were unable to answer basic questions.The lack of transparency and professionalism from the management is unacceptable. I will never rent from them again and recommend others to avoid this company at all costs.

Not kept in a compound.

We booked this company via compare Heathrow parking site. There was no problem dropping the car off or collection on our return. The reason we are giving it a one star, is we thought our car was going to be in a locked up compound, instead it was left in a tiny carpark of a block of flats. We would never use this company again.

I've waited and waited..

I've waited and waited... I had to give several calls to try to speed thigs up, and when he finally came it pretend that it was totally normal and that I shouldn't blame him.

Same when picking-up the car...

We waited an hour and 45 minutes for…

We waited an hour and 45 minutes for our car. Our flight landed a little early and we breezed through immigration and got our bags in under 10 minutes. We called and were told we would have to wait an hour because we were early. At an hour we called back to check Eta and they said we needed to be patient because we didn’t let them know the change. What? There was no really change it was just early and we can’t call them from the plane. They guy was very rude and said if we don’t stop pestering him that he wasn’t going to bring our car all. After we finally got our car, almost 2 hours after we got our bags and called them, we noticed that there was 100 miles put on the car while we were gone. Do not recommend.

Clocked 130 miles during the time it was left with these cowboys

I dropped my car with 3/4 tank of petrol, when it was returned it was almost empty. It had been driven over 130 miles during the time it was left with Green Parking.
When I phoned to complain I spoke to Adiel who asked if I had any evidence, I told him I know how much petrol was in my car but couldnt prove it. so there was nothing I could do.
He said he would check CCTV but didn't return my calls

Don't use this service the few pounds you save will cost you to fill up before you go home.

I've had a really bad experience with Green Parking Heathrow

I've had a really bad experience with Green Parking: despite the process seemed very quick and efficient when I left my car on 5th Aug 2017, at my return I received a car with a fresh dent on the driver's door. On pointing this out to the driver, he produced a sheet detailing pre existing damage that I didn't see or signed when leaving the car, which pretty much marked the whole of the car body. When I said I hadn't seen or signed this sheet, he said to contact the green parking office directly via email - I've been doing so for 4 weeks now with no answer.
Don't risk it and leave your car with them: the few pounds you may save you can end up paying in repairs, and the customer service is simply non-existent.
Regarding Green Parking's reply below: I have not received any email answering my 18th August one - which by the way was the fourth I sent pointing out the issue.

Superb service

Superb service! Driver waiting for us at T5 when we arrived. On return journey, we landed ahead of schedule, bags came promptly off the carousel and again they were ready and waiting. No hanging around at all from us. would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Attempted to cover up damage to car

When I handed my car over a walk around was completed by the Green employee and no damage was noted. My car was returned with numerous scratches down one side, and the company had fraudulently generated a second walkaround report with these marked to try and cover up their responsibility for the damage.

I emailed the company following their reply to this review and have had no response. I will therefore have to spend more of my own time pursuing this through Trading Standards.

The staff was on time to meet us at the …

The staff was on time to meet us at the airport and allowing us to take our children into the departure area with ease.
the progress was easy and hassle free.
Coming back was just as easy, maybe a touch 5-10 minutes late to meet us, but traffic around London airport early in the morning can be horrendous, so not really complaining.

Great Customer Service!!!

I have used Green Parking several times now as they were reasonably priced. My car has always been handed back to me without any issues. Plus the staff there have always been professional and well mannered.

I would definitely recommend them.
