After my parents were refused grant funding twice I got in touch with Green homes as no one could tell me why. Michael took me through the application process and explained everything. My parents were able to secure funding for solar, insulation and an air source heat pump. Thank you so much for all you have done. The level of communication is excellent 👌

This company is excellent. The initial call was friendly and everyone I spoke to from there on out were professional and informative. Ben came to the property and carried out a thorough inspection talking me through the potential work that would be done to install a green energy system. They have kept me in the loop during the whole process and really care about good customer service.

I have to say that Michael at Green Home's Group LTD is one of the most pleasant, reliable and thorough people I've ever had the pleasure to have dealt with his patience , perseverance and fabulous phone manner . the guy's a legend in my book now.
I took the low wage route and Michael told me that would take more work to achieve.
He was right I had numerous set backs and various problems but he chased down and sorted them all out.
It's finally been approved by the council and the installers are in the process of sorting out dates and final details for internal wall/ceiling insulation and first time gas central heating.
It's been a bit of a journey and taken a lot longer than I thought but none of the issues were caused by GHG LTD or Michael.
I can't recommend Michael highly enough and also GHG LTD, anyone thinking of getting a eco grant would be mad to go elsewhere.
I will give an update when the work is completed

I have never had a grant for anything an did not expect to get a grant for solar/air source heating, but with the expert help and guidance of Michael Hall representing the above company the fitters are currently in my home installing the system.

We had a great experience from start to finish! Everyone was amazing and once everything was finalised they started work within the week! And beeing heavily pregnant at the time I couldn’t have asked for nicer work men! They went above and beyond to get everything finished and kept everything as tidy as possible! We also had one radiator that wasn’t working in the bedroom and once I had reported they had it all fixed within the week! I was extremely sceptical about the whole thing at the beginning but never had anything go more smoothly!

Michael Hall was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He ensured we understood process and requirements for successful outcome and installation. Michael stayed in contact with us throughout process. Thankyou Michael.

Michael was just brilliant. They talked me through all the options, were friendly, kept in touch at every step and found me a contractor who could start the work pretty immediately. I'll update again once the work is finished but so far this has been a great experience. Highly recommended. Thank you.

We had no hard sell, all we had was support. Michael walk us through the whole process at our speed, and during the installation checked in to make sure it was all going well.

I contacted Green Homes Group Ltd on behalf of my Dad after concerns that another company, with poor reviews, was making big promises. Michael at GHG was fantastic—efficient, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain the complexities of the ECO scheme to my dad, even going online to check Google Maps for an instant view of his property.

Although it turned out my Dad didn’t qualify for the scheme, Michael was patient, considerate, and genuinely helpful. Unlike other firms that seemed more interested in charging a survey fee, GHG prioritised honesty and transparency. It’s refreshing to see a company take the time to support an elderly gentleman without any pressure or hard sell.

Excellent. I had great advice given and clear answers to any questions, both before during and after the installation process.
They go above and beyond even with their representative doing my survey whilst in extreme pain AND returning the next day to follow up.

The team have been absolutely wonderful. They are super efficient, very thorough, and are so easy to contact. They have made sure to keep us informed throughout and have thoroughly explained the process. My mother suffered a terrible accident while our house was being assessed, and the gentleman was so kind and helpful. The company even sent us a bunch of flowers wishing my mother well. These are such genuine, honest people. I cannot fault this company, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We contacted Green Homes to guide us through the Eco4 application which they did with the minimum of fuss and really good communication. They showed incredible patience in dealing with the delays caused by our local council and took the time to contact us after the installation to see how it went.

I contacted Green Homes last year and Michael very quickly arranged a survey visit and fully explained the Eco 4 scheme and how I qualified.
Unfortunately we had a stumbling block in that my house was formerly listed as a holiday home, and it took 8 months to get it re classified as a domestic residence.
Once that was done the paperwork was re submitted. It then only took a few months for approval to come through, and installation of insulation, solar panels and air source heating with 9 radiators to be installed.
I had regular contact with Michael throughout.
If you qualify for the Eco 4 scheme go for it. I've had £30k plus of work free. I just opted to upgrade to solar battery storage.
I highly recommend Green Homes to arrange this for you.
