Having written a 5* review about the service I initially received, I now find myself extremely disappointed that I have been sold a Rolec ev charger that does not fully operate within the national grid voltage parameters . Had I known this prior to fitting, I would not have purchased this product.

A very professional company
Communication was excellent always on time.
The electricians did a really comprehensive survey.
Fitting of the car charger was done very well.
We had a small electrical fault the following day ( not Greenios fault) but this was resolved very promptly.
Really impressed and would recommend this company.

Greenio Ltd. recently installed solar panels for us. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. They are friendly, professional and knowledgable and willing to answer queries and explain aspect of the work throughout. The excellent engineers, who installed the equipment to high standard and were meticulous in concealing the necessary cabling. They also set up and fully explained the application used for the system. The whole process with Greenio has been fantastic and we would not hesitate to recommend Anna and the team to anyone considering a solar installation.

Greenio have been amazing! My charger came part of a car deal but that made no difference.

They contacted me at every point, also taking calls to answer a few questions I had.

The survey was so quick and identified the best way to get from one side of my house to the other as going round the outside wasn't an option.

On installation day I was kept informed and James was great just getting it done , and even popped back the next day to clip a cable to the wall which needed to connect the charger to my Internet.

All round amazing service, friendly and would highly recommend to anyone looking for electrical charger or other modern electrical installations.

Greenio installed a GivEnergy 5.5kWh solar (12 panel) and 10kWh battery system at our home in January 2025.

We have had a great experience, from the design and advice from Anna, project co-ordination from Olivia and installation by James and Fletch.

Great communications and planning throughout, with very friendly and professional people that kept us informed and confident throughout.

After approaching several local companies for advice and costs of installing solar panels I chose Greenio. From initial survey to final completion their service was thoroughly professional, friendly and helpful. All queries were responded to promptly and courteously by Anna, and the installation team was excellent. Overall I was impressed by this first class company.

I contacted Anna at Greenio to enquire about having Solar panels fitted to my house. Anna explained the different types of Solar panels available and which ones Greenio recommended any most importantly why. Anna visited my house at a time of my convenience so she could assess how many panel I could have on my roof, and also where the inverter and batteries would be placed. The following day I have a full written quote including potential savings and when the work could begin. Two days later an engineer from Greenio was at my house doing the final checks and confirming where everything was to be placed and the hardware they required.
Once I gave the go ahead I was assured that the work could start 5 weeks hence.
Scaffolding was erected the week before the work was to commence. The Greenio engineers turned up at the appointed time on the start date and started the installation process. On the first day the Car charging POD was partially fitted, but it was in the wrong place. When this was pointed out to the engineers they without hesitation moved it to the correct position. The mistake as a communication error between myself and the engineer 4 weeks before hand.
I cannot praise the engineers and Anna from Greenio enough, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, in the time scale they said it would be done. The installation was done to the highest standard and they cleaned up afterwards.
The post installation service has also been second to none. The applications to run the system were set up by the team, I have downloaded them and they have been fully explained to me to a level that I understand them and can check and run my system.
The whole process through Greenio has been absolutely fantastic and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is thinking of having Solar installed to their house of commercial premises.

Had an issue with my 2 year old Zappi not working & contacted the original installers Greenio as well Myenergie. The response from Greenio was terrific & not only did they help in getting a warranty replacement unit sent out to me from Myenergie, they also sent one of their own engineers to install it despite me being over 100 miles from their headquarters, & again all under warranty. Throughout this issue their communication was excellent with non of the usual being put on hold for ages or being referred to "our FAQ's" which is the norm with many companies these days......with Greenio you deal with real people who are committed to give great customer service.

Solar + Battery Install

We recently had a solar and battery system installed by Greenio, who did a fantastic job. Right from the start they did a detailed design and in person visit to make sure it was exactly the sort of system we would want.

When the installation took place the staff were all incredibly polite and friendly. They always made sure to keep everything neat and tidy and left everything clean. They system was installed in a very neat way and has been working perfectly since the installation. Very happy with our experience.

This project includes designing and installation of a total of 18 pieces of 430W Solar Panels on both sides of the roof and 10Kwh home battery storage. I am very pleased with the work done by Greenio Ltd's project team. The installation plan was executed on time and with high quality. In particular, I am pleased with the Project Manager, Ms. Carla Lee, who made good suggestion on change of design, persistently chasing up the battery and inverter supplier, SolarEdge, to following up the installation problem which was eventually solved.

Greenio are a very professional organisation that keep you informed every step of the way. No hard sell. Installations are very neat and their team of installers are very polite and easy to work with.

In my opinion Greenio are the leaders in customer service and providing green energy solutions.

Greenio did everything they said they would and installed a bird blocker around my solar panels. First class administration & site operator made the job hassle free for me. Will use them in future if & when needed.

When enquiring about solar I had my enquiry answered very quickly and they came out to do a survey very quickly too. All calls and emails answered or replied to quickly also. Anna and Lucas were very professional and friendly and answered any questions we had. Abi and James worked hard throughout our installation and always kept us informed and showed us how to work the app with ease. The whole process was swift from enquiring to installation and at a very competitive price. I will definitely be recommending Greenio in the future.
