Greenio installed a 5.8 kWh Solar and 20kWh Battery System in 2022-2023.
Greenio are a fantastic company; well run, organised and great friendly and helpful people.
I can't recommend them enough! (in fact I did refer them to everyone that asks about solar).
I was surprised with their technical knowledge and how they worked with me to get the best possible results for the system. I will be using them again for a heat pump at some point in the future.

Having had the Zappi and Eddi installed by Greenio, it was only a matter of time for me to purchase the icing on the cake, the Libbi battery. The install date was arranged, and James & Carl were the engineers who had performed the installation. This took the majority of the working day, but the communication between engineer and customer was what you hoped for: professional. Having read up about the Libbi and watched YouTube uploads beforehand was also helpful. We chose the 10KW battery, and in the first week alone, only drew 1.3 Kw from the grid. As you can gather, I am over the moon. I would like to shout out to both James and Carl, who are a credit to your company, and look forward to working with you in the future.

They did what they said they would do and they did it when they said they would. They arrived on time, was polite, friendly has happy to answer my questions.
They made the whole experience simple and clear. I have to be honest it hard to find company's like this now days. I will use them again. thanks for all your help

I am writing this review following the recent excellent service I have received from Greenio, my car charger had a fault and I contacted Greenio (Michelle) who offered support over the phone trying to fault find but it was decided an engineer was required, to which Michelle sorted an engineer visit the following day, engineer attend (Tom) who diagnosed the fault and sorted it all within the hour of being on site.
I couldn’t ask for any better service then I received and you are both valuable employees to Greenio

Very efficient service received all round.

I used Greenio in the past to install a Zappi EV charger and recently had solar panels and a storage battery installed.

There were a few minor snags during the installation, but Greenio worked with me and the manufacturer to get things resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

In my view, the hallmark of an excellent company is not just about many 5 star reviews they have, but also how they engage with their customers when things don't go according to plan. In that regard, I am really pleased that I chose Greenio for this project.

Will I use Greenio again for future projects? Definitely!

Very pleasant helpful staff, the Installers did an excellent job of fitting my zappi.

I initially got in touch with Greenio via the contact form on their website as I was interested to learn more about the 'eddi' and if it would be a suitable addition for my existing solar, battery, and ASHP set-up, and soon afterwards I'd received an e-mail response. After exchanging a couple of phone calls & e-mails with Michelle we'd confirmed the requirements, resolved all the queries, agreed upon a price, and I was booked in for the installation of an 'eddi' and a 'harvi' a couple of weeks later.

James was the engineer assigned for my appointment. He arrived on time and came across as very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable throughout his visit. Michelle also attended shortly afterwards as she lives close by and was interested in how the job was going. As it transpired, there was an unanticipated complication that James had discovered in hooking up the eddi to my specific AHSP/Immersion Heater controls, but I was kept in the loop with things and given a couple of options on how I'd like to proceed. It was fortunate that Michelle had dropped by as it meant that she was able to pop out to a local merchants and grab an extra bit of kit that allowed the job to still be completed within the day.

Once the eddi & harvi were installed, James talked me through the controls and how to get set up on the myenergi app. The following day was very sunny and was an excellent test to prove that the eddi was working perfectly in diverting surplus solar energy to the Immersion Heater.

All in all, I am happy with the work completed, the communications over the phone, e-mail and in-person, and the price for the work was fair. I also felt that they went the 'extra mile' to ensure a satisfactory outcome in one visit despite the unforeseen complication. I will be happy to approach Greenio for any future works and to recommend them to others.

Greenio did an install of Zappi electric vehicle charger and GivEnergy solar PV system (6kW with 5kWh battery) for us, which we're very pleased with. Staff were helpful and went out of their way to ensure a smooth install experience and post-sales service.

James and Abi from Greenio came out to replace a MyEnergi Zappi EV Car Charger.
Both James and Abi were brilliant, they were friendly, chatty and kind, they undertook the work and completed it within a fast timeframe and didn't leave until everything was setup and configured.
Very pleased with the service from James and Abi and also Michelle at Greenio in organising the install/replacement of this device.

I have just had solar panels fitted by Greenio ltd and from the initial enquiry to the completed work has been nothing but absolutely amazing.

Two men who came to do the original survey (Thomas and James) BOTH were very pleasant happy smiling polite men and didn't try to rush through any questions I had to leave as soon as possible.

I was given a date for the end of July But they would try to fit me in earlier. I happily booked a holiday. While there Carla emailed and asked if I would like the panels fitted the following week to which I said yes I happily would. So from my sin lounger Carla and I organised the scaffolding and work commencement for the first Tuesday on May

Work started promptly at 9 with Carla, James,Thomas and Carl ALL working incredibly hard and fast at installing the electrics necessary and the solar panels erected fitted and connected.

Every day these hard working, polite, conscientious individuals cleaned and hoovered any mess they made before leaving for the evening.

Carla helped me sort out everything I needed to do with my electric company along with paperwork needed to be sent to them.

To anyone that is considering buying and having solar panels fitted I would without a shadow of a doubt happily recommend Greenio Ltd 100%.

They completed the work in 3 days, and I can say it was a pleasure having these individuals in my bungalow.

Friendly and efficient service from first contact all the way through to the warranty replacement of my Zappi unit.

Excellent company, we had a solar install last July. Staff very friendly, nothing was too much too ask and 100% trustworthy. We have two small software issues post installation, but they were back the next day and both sorted very quickly. Would certainly use again.

I contacted the firm last Summer to get a quote on solar panels and a battery.

Greenio asked for a lot of information such as energy use and if we wanted a battery and looked up our bungalow on Google maps to see how much sun we could expect in a year.

I got a detailed 20 page quote with all sorts of information including when I could expect to pay back the investment based on my energy costs.

Unfortunately there's a national shortage of qualified electricians and although Greenio is training more themselves it was a 4 month wait for my installation day.

Everything was properly project managed by them with an email or phone call away to a dedicated person who could chase up any issues.

The parts used are quality and the inverter and solar batteries are branded with the ability to see what is happening via the Internet.

The electrician made a tidy job of the whole arrangement with people commenting how tidy the wiring is.

The only problem was that I underestimated how much my panels would make and so they came back in April 2023 to fit a 2nd battery and the service was identical to the first job.

I will be getting them back to service the system and fit an EV car charger when I get an electric car.

Don't be taken in with cheap quotes as there may be a reason why your paying less.

From first consultation with Anna, who calmly dealt with endless questions from us, through to installing the solar panels (which look great) and all the system equipment, the service given was first class & professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The installation team clearly take huge pride in their work and were a pleasure to have in our property. Months later any queries we have are dealt with promptly and efficiently. We are now reaping the benefits of solar energy and very pleased we went ahead with the project. We highly recommend Greenio Ltd.

Anna and her team are complete professionals. We had a full solar system with batteries installed - Anna ensured that we we kept fully in the loop, that we understood exactly what was happening and that the job was completed on schedule. The engineers have done a fantastic job - they worked in an organised manner, kept everything neat and tidy and we hardly even knew they were in our home! The aftercare has been incredible - exemplary customer service.
