Green Man Lawn Care Reviews 

I've been using this company at my house for 3 years and my parents house for 1 year. Before I started at either house the lawns were in a truly shicking state despite a lot of work trying to get them grow nicely - lots of racking, seeding, watering, etc but all to no avail. Green man over the course of a year brought both lawns back to a really pleasant state

Came at time arranged and had good and helpful discussion.

The best thing I did for myself and for my lawn was to change to Lawn Care some years ago. Alway the same person, an excellent website which offers such useful advice if you wish to read it, and always so efficient. |could not recommmend them more

Been with these for 3 1/2 years and my garden front and rear apart from there being less weeds is in a worse state than when I first signed up. Patches everywhere, moss that is extremely unsightly. And if you want to cancel, the money you have been paying them through a direct debit or whatever is meaningless as you’ll end up paying them for the full cost of the treatment’s you’ve had. Personally I would steer clear. After the reply I was given I felt I needed to reply myself to the issue of paying for services rendered. At no point in time did anyone from this company inform me that the amount paid in the direct debit didn’t cover the cost of the treatments, so be very wary that if you decide to cancel, they will then inform you that you owe them for every treatment you’ve ever had for however long you have been with them. So in theory they are trying to tie you into keeping your direct debit payments up. I will be paying my final payment of £114.19 and feel I can do as good a job that I have been paying for myself, as the weed killer they use I can buy off the shelf. I can also buy a moss killer and a pitchfork to aerate the soil.

So far very early days of being a customer but I can only say that my experience with Green Man Lawn Care is superb, they explain everything in detail and most of all their communication with a customer is second to none.

Green man lawn care always do an excellent job, the operatives are always polite, cheerful and most helpful. Our lawns have been transformed from troublesome weeds and lots of thatch into pristine weed free green lawns and I recommend this company highly.

On time and reliable ,I do feel a bit more time should be spent on the appointment .

Simon has transformed my lawns from brown and full of weeds. They are now green and barely a weed in sight. I have had several compliments from neighbours and visitors.

Appalling service and cowboys to be frank, garden has become worse since these “experts” came to look after our lawn.

Back office staff rude and threatening when you cancel the service. I would recommend moles to look after my lawn that this cowboy outfit.

My advice is to go elsewhere.

Response to your response. - How did you know if and when i cut my lawns unless you have spied on us? Creepy Lawn care we've followed your "guidance" unfortunately you have no clue who to interact with clients.

Awful, lawn is no better and all you get is a link to a leaflet on garden care.. which can be found for free on their website. Save your money!
It’s lack of comms for when their attending the damage done to property and lack of customer care

They turn up on time, communicate well and so a good job. Our lawn has improved greatly despite the efforts of two large dogs

I have been using their services for many years, They offer a professional service conducted in a friendly efficient manner. My lawn is not perfect (ants and moles!!!) but its as good as I want.
