They are an excellent service company - professional, very patient - and they have so much room for improvement.

My first ride to Heathrow with Green Metro back in December 2018 went very smoothly. Been using Green Metro taxis for airport transfers from/to Reading ever since! I’d always recommend them to my friends for airport transfers :-) thank you!

Best Taxi service bar none, but if the App does not work, you can accidently book a taxi even though it can shows as cancelled. This has only happened twice in the last couple of years.

Excellent service. They arrived on time and very reasonably priced for the journey.

Left my baby car seat with driver who dropped us at Heathrow. This was then supposed to be in the taxi for our return journey, I was assured this was no problem, I would just have to label my items. Second driver forgot seat, so baby had to travel back on my lap. The baby seat was eventually returned by another driver later in the day, damaged. Would never use this company again.

Always get a very competitive quote, easy to make booking. Car always arrives on time and kept up to date with text messages.

Used green metros for a Heathrow airport run with 6 of us very good value for money and where on time both ways the man who picked us up from the airport was great even dropped 2 of our party off at a difference address with no extra cost would definitely use them again

I’ve used green metro for a number of years and as I run a business I work late at night and I’ve put a lot of customer there way.. unfortunately that won’t be happening anymore and I’ve changed company’s. The person on the switch in the office in the evening is rude and unprofessional and the driver I had last time couldn’t wait a couple of minutes for me to make my way out to the car and instead drove off and was rude when I phoned him to ask where he was. The new company I’m using are professional and much better and wait a couple of minutes if I ask them too.
