After receiving my first order where I was very disappointed with the frying pan staining badly from its first use, both inside and outside, the company replaced it with a more expensive model. It’s so much better and I am happy with the new pan. Great to find a company who really want to ensure their customers are happy.

I loved my purchases at first but…
I loved my purchases at first but having used all three now I am disappointed with the saucepan with two spouts because it does not pour properly, the liquid goes everywhere its like the spouts aren't deep enough. Also I contacted customer services straight away asking why I hadn't received my free oxo gift having spent over the correct amount to claim it, but nearly one week on I have not received a reply yet you stated that you answer in 24 hours 🤷🏼♀️disappointed.

Worst product
Worst product. Made for induction, but heavily scratches the induction surface.
The pans are NOT non stick, everything sticks to them, also, there are so many conditions when you receive them - you cannot cook with this oil, you cannot do this, or that, and they still are crap, and stick. Worthless, but something else

Pan started to loose its coating within…
Pan started to loose its coating within 1st month! Only gentle handwash (even though supposed to be dishwasher safe) and very careful use (no scratches from the use). Tried to contact customer service under warranty and send multiple emails and being completely ignored, no response whatsoever.

Cooking burnt into pans
We had a problem with a couple of pans where the cooking had burnt into the surface. It was rather difficult to get hold of their customer services team, as they only appear to have 2 people sitting in Belgium fielding all the calls from the UK. However once we did get hold of them, they were extremely helpful and found a resolution to our problem pans straight away.

Excellent pan
Excellent pan, it was so important for me to get a PFOAS free pan, I try to always choose a healthier option if circumstances allow and this pan is great- beautiful design, truly non stick! Also appreciate the 20cm size, not too heavy not too light, very well packaged. 10 pounds for a delivery made me cringe but apart from that, an excellent product!
