Such a great program. Quick process, responsive team, and great host placement company. Activities were truly designed to provide learning and work experience in business analysis. Mentor was also helpful in sorting out issues I encountered in the tasks I was delegated with.

I just want to say thank you to the whole team. I was assigned a mentor in business analysis, Very helpful. I managed to secure a Interview for a international development company. The experience I gained was priceless.

They mentorship was not easy at all. It was difficult, I had to do a lot of independent learning while working with my mentor. I graduated with an accounting degree and when I left university I realised after a few months I needed experience.

My mentor was good. He was patient with me.

This program really pushed me out of my comfort zone. I did some serious learning with green rock and on my own. I am very appreciative for the opportunity I had working with my mentor.

It is difficult overall but worth it. If you not from an accounting background you will fall behind. I want to also say thank you to the whole team who has helped me.

I paid £395 (I was told the discount is due to the pandemic).
I was fully committed since I really wanted to make the most of the programme but my mentor was extremely busy and it seemed he did not care - replying after 4/5 hours or sometimes next day (when it happened 3rd time I called Green Rock Consulting to tell them about the issue, not much changed). It was very frustrating since I was keen to learn a lot!!!
As one of the consultant said I would get instructions to every single task - never happened. The tasks had many spelling mistakes and everything must be completed in Excel (very very basic level). I did not have the opportunity to use Xero, Quickbooks, Sage etc.

Since I am a beginner in accounting - I did learn a little, but would be great if I had the opportunity to work with some accounting software and with real clients instead of doing some kind of simple tasks that actually do not prepare me to work in the industry.

I am tremendously grateful for the mentorship and work experience program because it equipped me with the business analysis skills and experience necessary for me to become more competitive as a job seeker. Also, the objective feedbacks I received from my mentor were really a big help in boosting my confidence and in my desire to further improve myself professionally.

I must say that I had an excellent experience with this company, the team was always willing to provide me with everything, quickly answering my questions, whether by phone or mail. You can see that the work culture is totally focused on their clients and their needs

Good work experience exposure
The BA program has been so relevant. It is a great way to gain new points of view and practices. This program really exceeded my expectations.

Overall it was a good mentorship and work experience program. The business analyst mentor was fantastic. At the end of the program I have learnt to complete an entry level business analyst role.

I was contacted about Business Analyst Experience. I went to 2 interviews and people you talked to in the interview is Sales people. The only thing they want to do is to sell the program to you. At the phone call they mentioned that fee is 395£, when I attend the meeting they told me it is 995£ plus 300 £ service fee. I joined the program because I needed a job and thought they will be helpful. What I face from the beginning of the program is complete unprofessional. It is impossible to find a person to contact in Green Rock. They did not open the learning portal for 3 weeks although I e mailed and called several times. The tasks they give is poorly related to topic and looks like homework from second year of university. Tasks are full of spelling mistakes, do not give proper information and the business analyst who is supposed to be your mentor gives no explanation. It looks like there is somebody e mails you the tasks and give no feedback. If you have degree in business, Management or industrial engineering DO NOT EXPECT anything from the program. If you have work experience in a corporate company DO NOT EXPECT anything from the program. if you are a new graduate and want to do more homework they may be helpful.

So I spoke to A consultant over the phone who was really helpful and gave me info on the BA mentorship program she mentioned as I was a student I would receive a sponsorship and my fees could be paid off, she scheduled me for an an interview with Another member who later called me few days after.

They was also helpful but I couldn’t help but leave a negative review due to my experience. He mentioned they would be a fee and asked me what I was informed about the first person who I spoke to, when I told him about the fee he said that’s not what she told me and she would have said something else. That’s the first thing that annoyed me because I know the conversation I already with the first adviser.

Moving on to the Business Analysts course fees, he said to me that the course is usually TEN THOUSAND GBP normally (the course included a level 4 diploma) now At the time I didn’t realise as I really wanted to do the course however continued to listen to Him. He then said as I am a graduate I will only need to pay 1995 GBP. He did ask me if I could arrange this as they don’t want to put people in debt.

However, if you go in to read reviews online you can see that their prices are nowhere near £1995 but are £395. He further goes to say that they don’t profit from this fees and this is what they charge for the course.

Now it don’t take a genius to figure out that this course is not worth £10k and that I was being ripped off!

They don’t post the fees on the website which just shows that as a company they are charging everyone different prices, Be very careful as companies like Green rock consultancy take advantage of young graduates.

Really such a shame! ( I had to edit my review as they reported it and now they are calling me a lier saying the consultant didn’t say that)

Really happy with their service The mentorship work experience placement allowed me to build the necessary skills in accounting to get an entry level role.

I consulted with other recruitment agencies before, but only a few were as responsive and helpful as Green Rock Consulting. As far as help goes, they went out of their way to support me and I really appreciate the consistency of their support.

I dont have anything bad to say about Green rock. In fact, they were very accomodating and were very understanding even when I had to reschedule an interview with them.

In addition, the interviews were very precise with them telling me exactly how they'll help me with my job search after getting experience with them.

Very quick to help and effective at finding suitable roles. It's a pleasure to recommend them for their quality service.

A good example of a supportive and hard working recruitment company. They were able to find and secure me a position that's right for my skills.

I was very nervous for the interviews but it went really smoothly. The consultants were very nice and I'm now doing the BA placement with them which I hope will land me a job after.

During my initial interview with them in their London office, their consultant maintained a highly professional yet approachable demeanour. I learned so much from that interview about them and their service, which made me decide to work with them.
