Didn't even send order out. Messaged to rectify and recieved no response. I eventually got refunded after submitted a fraud claim to bank. report and do not order.

I previously had a good experience with this company so purchased again. Didn’t bother to fulfil order, didn’t contact me. Fobbed me off when I chased. Finally ignored me completely. Filled a claim with my credit card in the end. From the reviews clearly theft. Disgusting!

I see more and more people have suffered at the hands of this business since I was 6 months ago. Jayson Kandiah you should be ashamed of yourself you’ve been stealing off innocent members of the public for years and years under different company names and you’ve somehow evaded justice. It isn’t just him though, thoroughly check companies house and you’ll see he seems to have links to other people registered as directors of other businesses linked to the same correspondence address.

All companies he is registered to as a director on companies house have either dissolved or the ones that are still active have all their accounts overdue with one in the pipeline of being struck off. He had the audacity to give people advice on business in YouTube videos, quite laughable really, I would say don’t order from here but there’s no way you can now the website has been taken down

After ordering 6 products worth £107 I recieved nothing and asked for a refund. The company is unresponsive. The phone line a scam and only 1 reply from someone who promised a refund and yet 3 months later nothing!!!! I have got Trading Standards and my bank involved now. As after that my card was being registered and used on an apple phone. This company need to be SHUT DOWN. All positive reviews are FAKE done via the company. Website is now shut done and once you order they reboot and scam again. TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️.

Scam company, goods not delivered, money not refunded, proceeding via fraud

Scamming bar stewards. Lost my £8.78, avoind like the plague, trading standards aware.

Seductively cheap pricing, apparently glowing reviews (clearly false) and then they stopped returning calls, the website was taken down and my goods never appeared. I got a refund from my credit card provider. The individuals behind it had the gall to try to sell me more of the same product under a different guise.
Complete con and they belong in jail. Nick

ordered 2 items totalling around £50. 2 months go by nothing delivered and ip address blocked! bank and police are involved as this is Fraud not only happened to me but hundreds of other people. Jayson Kandiah is a scam artist!

Had to give a star, wouldnt let me give no stars, they are scammers, ordered Oct, was on a 2-4 day delivery, i messaged after a week, they then send a generic email about a delay blah blah blah, i them emailed 3 times and requested a refund, didnt get anything so contacted my bank and they investigated and gave my money back, wished i had seen all these reviews before, absolute worst company, do

Rip off, ordered and paid 3rd Oct, contacted the company and they admitted they hadn't even sent it. after 5 weeks of this I asked for a refund, still no refund. Do not give these robbers your money

Ordered items back in October. Nothing arrived. Telephone number goes to automated message with no facility to leave a message. Email is rejected. I'm afraid that this is a total scam. Avoid!

Ordered some lens cleaners. The product didn’t turn up for over 3 weeks, I then cancelled because I had to buy elsewhere and requested a refund and still not paid. No response tho my email requests or telephone messages. Do not use this company. Customer service is zero.

My order never arrived. Emailed them and received an automated reply saying that would get in touch. Nothing more heard from them and the website has been taken down.

I ordered some items back in October of this year, which have not been received, I have had to contact my bank and report as scammers to get my money back, if you contact their customer services you will not get a response. They will just take your money and disappear its all a SCAM beware!!!

Order placed online in September and still not received despite it being paid and numerous emails sent. Recent emails now bouncing back and website not available!

Placed an order over 2 months ago.Emailed a few time and got no reply.Last email I received from them was so cheeky.Telling me not to email again as I would be put to the end of the line.Nothing mentioned about taking my money or the product I hadn't received.The company is an absolute disgrace.If they have went under have the curtesy to tell your customers instead of ignoring them.I would have more respect from them.

I have ordered twice from this website and had success.

As a returning customer I ordered a batch of Prime drinks in August. It’s now December.

I had initial communication but now being ghosted. Avoid this company. They have stolen my money and are now avoiding and attempts to obtain a refund / my order.

Might aswell chuck your money in the bin, ordered my purchase in sept and now December, had to email loads of times and just kept being told a new delivery date, now the email address isn’t even active , so do not order from there!

Absolutely useless. Tried twice to order some drinks. Both times nothing arrived. Money back first time, now they are ignoring me. Don't trust these people.
