Orders in may. Nothing received. No customer service. Scam artisit with no conscience

I had a terrible experience with Green Essentials. I placed an order, but the items were never delivered. When I reached out to their team, the response was shockingly unprofessional—no apologies, no updates, and no effort to resolve the issue. I felt completely ignored and dismissed as a customer.

If they cannot fulfill their basic commitment to deliver items on time or at all, they shouldn’t be running a business. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Placed an order over a month ago and I still have not recieved it. I have tried calling them but get the same answer phone message every time and you can not leave a message as the voice mail is always full. Have e mailed on numerous occasions but they do not have the common decency to reply. I truly believe that this is a scam site.

Over a month and no order received. My first emails were replied to with excuses as to why my order was delayed, and I said I was okay to wait a bit longer. But now my emails are being ignored completely and it appears the website has been taken down.

Massively disappointing.

Placed an order on 24th October 2024.
Not received.
Have emailed, but no response.
Was able to leave a phone message on one occasion, but no response.
Have phoned on numerous occasions since, but have been unable to leave a message as system is full to capacity every time.
My credit card company are now handling this and I would advise everyone else who is experiencing similar difficulties (and clearly there are many!) to take action against the Company by one means or another.

Scammers, AVOID AVOID AVOID, action fraud informed

Placed an order, order never arrived.
My first emails were replied to with excuses as to why my order hadn’t arrived. Then I was promised a refund, which also never arrived.
Now my emails are being ignored.
They basically stole my money !
Avoid at all cost !!

I placed an order 15th October. Only £12 order. 2-4 delivery with evri. 2 weeks later still nothing. Emailed them, was told they were having problems with supplies and they would upgrade my delivery. Emailed again, was told my order would be dispatched on 9th November. Still nothing. Emailed again no reply, emailed again no reply, website was then out of action. Contacted my bank, they looked into it, it is an APP SCAM. Do not purchase via this company

Placed an order on 20/9/2024 never ever received order but they took the money!!
Can't get intouch by phone or email for a refund.
Do not order anything from this company, they don't exist!!

My experience with greens essential has been unfortunately incredibly frustrating. Despite placing an order and told it would be delivered within a week there were subsequent delays over 6 weeks with email correspondence from a ‘Waliur’ telling me that there had been a shortage of supplies and repeatedly gave me a new delivery date. Nearly 2 months later and I’m still without any order and when I requested a refund last week have not receive any response and I’ve just noticed that their website is no longer in existence! So looks like I’m out of pocket!

I have had a similar experience from most of the reviews below. I ordered and paid the 25th October and have heard nothing since despite emailing the company. They do not answer their phone. The business is clearly in trouble or fraudulent. I have just commenced requesting a charge back via my credit card.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I eventually received 2 of the 5 packs of sweets that I purchased, but both were far out of date. I requested a refund in writing, but the company hasn't responded and they are not contactable by any method. Don't give them your bank details!

0 Stars. Order Placed on 25/10. Nothing by 24/11. Supposed to take 2-4 days. 1 email from company, then nothing. Bank contacted for refund. Company will close soon. Stay away.

Scam, goods never arrived. I'm trying to get the money back through the bank at the moment.

If I could give it no stars I would… Definitely a scam company. I ordered and they are still yet to arrive. First they said no stock available when they were listed as available but they even said they were on there way so too wait until I ask for a refund but when they are on the way but still not arrived. Now they are just not responding to my emails. And also the website is now down saying this store is unavailable. AVOID THEM SCAM COMPANY

Definitely a scam company. I ordered goods on the 15th September and they are still yet to arrive. I have had so many promises from them, they even said they were on there way but when they hadn't arrive they then said they were not dispatched yet. I have asked to cancel order and for refund but they then promise they are on the way but still not arrive. Now they are just not responding to my emails. When you call know one answers and you cannot leave a voicemail as the voicemail box is full. I cannot believe that Greens Essentials say that there Unique selling point is "Vibrant customer eccentric store", what a load of rubbish. AVOID AVOID AVOID. And also the website is now down saying this store is unavailable

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Paid over 2 months ago still not received, ignore emails and phone just goes to voicemail of JAY, who will NEVER CALL YOU BACK.DEFINITELY CON, just wish I'd read reviews first.

Irritatingly upon consideration I think it’s fair to state that this ‘shop’ is nothing but a scam.
Ordered £65 worth of sweets on 7th Oct 24 - multiple emails and calls made to chase up delivery with zero but excuses of delayed stock shipments and false promises of new upcoming delivery dates. as of checking my customer account order page last week - it was still stating order not yet despatched and I now see that upon checking again today 20/11/24 that the website no longer exists and has completely gone from internet.

Ordered about 50 pounds worth of american groceries. Give 2 emails with excuses about couriers. Now nothing. No answer to phone or emails. Avoid

Absolutely awful service. Ordered sweets for children's charity event, sweets never arrived, despite all sorts of promises. And two months later i am still chasing for a refund.
