Complete Scam!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I placed an order on the 1st July for 48 hour delivery and still not received! Requested a refund and excuses given and now have blocked me!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from these shysters. It’s 18th August and apart from a standard ‘your order has been stuck in processing’ email on 18th July I’ve heard nothing about my order since making it on 30th June. Fortunately I didn’t spend loads. I heartily recommend you do not give these people any more money.

I found the most amazing deal online from this company on washing pods. There was a little delay in delivery, but after speaking to them, they reimburse me the delivery charge back. Would recommend everyone to log onto the website to see what deals are going. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Shaz

Same as other reviews. Didn't sent my items, said they must have been lost in transit then when I chased this up, they said they'd sent a refund and that I should contact my bank if it didn't arrive.

Wish I'd read reviews before ordering.

Can't give zero! Order never appeared and claimed “lost” said refunded but money never given back, redirected me to my bank who cannot do anything as they haven’t received the refund!
Total scam

The product I ordered was not delivered. The company finally apologised and said the items must have been lost in transit and that they had refunded my money. They also said if the refund hasn't arrived in your bank after 3 days then contact your bank for a refund, who on earth makes this sort of statement. The courier Evri confirmed the items were still with the seller and my bank has never received a refund. I can't believe this business hasn't been closed down yet.

Ordered prime drinks weeks ago, hasnt been delivered or refunded. Read all the reviews people, these guys are rip off merchants

I'm very happy with Greens Essentials and the customer support team was perfect.

Product is great and speedy delivery. However, only half the order was supplied. I contacted Greens early evening about this and got a message fairly early the following morning with a refund for the missing product and an explanation of what had happened an hour or so later, with an apology. So all good. It would have been even better though if this problem had been picked up earlier and I’d been informed that I was not going to receive a full delivery; i.e. more proactive-ness. Will return for more fairly soon.

I ordered about 2 months ago and have still not received anything. We have had a few messages back and forth, I have requested a refund twice. They told me to contact my financial authority if I want refund. Avoid this company, don't throw your money away, it's frustrating.

Although deliver was delayed slightly. I spoke with customer service and my package arrived a few days later. Really helpful staff. Good deliver time and good value for money.

If I could put zero stars I would!
The company did not dispatch my order, as I received no tracking or dispatch email, claiming it was lost in transit. They said they would refund me in 2/3 days and two weeks later nothing! Big red flag when they said if your refund doesn’t come there then I should contact my bank! So they clearly made no efffort to refund me my over £100 payment! To make things also worse the goods I had purchased were for favours for my wedding. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company! Trust the reviews! I didn’t think to check reviews before purchasing and I wish I had!

Don’t order with them.
They don’t fulfill your order.
Their customer service is very sparse.

As others, I have paid for an item and not received it. I have asked for a refund several times and been told to be patient. It's now 3 months down the line and nothing. Really gutted.

Wish I had checked here first before ordering. Was billed for my order weeks ago, but no sign of it, and no e-mail message to say it has even been sent out. I have e-mailed the company twice to ask where my order is, but I have not received a reply. Fortunately we're not talking about lots of money, but I still feel frustrated and aggrieved. Should definitely be shut down as so many people on this site have had a similar experience.

Ordered on 6th June. Despite the items I ordered still be available on the site, no delivery after 2 weeks. 4 further weeks of chasing and responses back saying the order would be sent out, nothing received.
First time I have ever had to contact my bank to get my money back.
I would therefore strongly recommend shopping elsewhere!
