Great product for a great price and superb customer service and after sales

I ordered two light tubes which were shipped same day. Unfortunately they were both broken in transit.When I advised the company, there was no quibbling and replacement tubes were dispatched within a few days. Brilliant service!

Excellent service delivered day after ordering can't ask for better this delivery was to replace stuff from amazon, less than half the price for more than I received from amazon also amazon shop had 2 tries of delivering the item and got it wrong both times. Have used Green Spirit for years by visiting the Sheffield Shop but no longer will order direct in future, have given 5 stars but only cos I couldn't give more

I bought quite a few large pots from Green Spirit and they arrived in a few days. Was really impressed. The quality of the pots is great for the price.

Very happy with the item we purchased but delivery was really bad. When order was placed nothing was mentioned about the item being out of stock. When the item was due I then received a phone call to say they didn’t have it in stock and they were expecting it over a week later. I heard nothing again so I called them and was then told they still hadn’t got it but expecting it in the next few days. Once they received it they shipped it straight out and I received it the following day. Just poor initial communication and misleading on the website about having it in stock.

Great service both online and in-store. However bit skeptical about some products that were sold as they seem to be 3 yrs old. Didn't want to make a fuss and haven't used any yet, will see if they are indeed out of date.
