Chris did s few plumbing jobs for us, he was friendly smd efficient.

Impeccable Service
From the very first visit from Simon who managed to locate the general site of the leak following exhaustive tests followed by a second visit from Chris and Ryan who excavated the site, exposing the leaking pipes which were promptly repaired by Ryan and site restored to original condition. All the guys were exceptionally tidy , cheerful and totally professional. If Ryan comes to your site he does enjoy a glass of Dr Pepper!! We absolutely do not hesitate to recommend Green Star Services

On the first visit, our drain blockage problem was clearly explained, and shown to us with the use of a camera.
Remedial work was then carried out today, quickly & efficiently.
From the initial phonecall to the company, to the engineers that carried out the work, everyone we dealt with was friendly, and all communication was clear & easy. I would recommend Greenstar to everyone!

I contacted Greenstar due to drains issues and quickly got a response, including an estimate quote, and a date for the work to be done. Their quote was fair and complete in the work that needed to be done. Chris and Elliott did a great job, including the additional work that emerged which they quoted for on the day and I got booked and sorted 3 days later. Very happy with the service and the result!

The Engineer (Chris) came out the same day and cleared the blocked kitchen drain within an hour. He was really polite and friendly, and made it all very easy. I would highly recommend 🙂

Chris from the team came round and gave an honest assessment and price totally tacking into account cost etc. When job was completed they did a fantastic job. I wanted a company i could trust and who are professional. They worked around me being a teacher, great customer service, superb phone communication and customer support, I can honestly say I'd recommend to anybody and have done to my parents. These guys and gals are legitimate.

The company attended promptly to assess the work, gave a quote and were able to complete the work within a few days. It was all left clean and tidy after they had completed. I was very pleased with them. Have used them previously for boiler service and other drainage/plumbing works and they are always very good.

Greenstar installed smart heating for us (local SME), essential with bills so high. Perfect, competitive quote, professional work and very quick comms. We have used a number of suppliers and Greenstar are at the top of them.

From start to finish Greenstar provided an excellent service.
The works was well organised with a site pre-inspection, RAMS etc.
This was a live environment with office staff and students, the lads were very considerate and professional in the way they dealt working in difficult environment.
By carry out these works it saved a lot of builders costs and closing the main reception.

The lads worked so hard over the two days installing my new boiler. They were very friendly and dealt with any hiccups really well. A Job well done and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Unfortunately my boiler broke again 3 weeks later - through no fault of Greenstar and the service was amazing. They went above and beyond to get the job done as fast as it could possibly be done due partly to my poor health and partly just because they’re a really good, hardworking family business.
